  • What are some good colleges/universities for equestrian degrees?

I've been looking into different colleges and universities that have equestrian degrees, but most don't have many reviews by students on what they thought of the program. I've looked into Findlay University, but upon hearing that I'd be attending after already getting a bachelors degree in another field, they told me I shouldn't enroll and should simply stick to the degree that I do have (which isn't even remotely related to horses). I then looked into Meredith Manor International Equestrian School, but found horrid reviews for it. Any suggestions on decent programs that won't shy away from someone who already has a degree. Also, I'm only 21 years old..

  • I've been on birth control for a year, and am having a 2 week period in the middle of my pill cycle?

I've been on Lo Loestrin for about a year now to help regulate my periods. It has worked wonderfully until this past month. I had a slightly longer period on the pills than normal, but then it ended as it should. Only a week after my scheduled period I started my next one, and I've had it for two weeks. Is there any reason this would happen? I haven't missed any pills either.

I like the corset style, but I'm a size 32A/AA. Any websites that have that style lingerie in that size?

  • How have chain book stores (ex. Walden or Borders) (not Barns and Noble) affected publishing?

How has the existence of chain book stores changed the publishing of books?

Barns and Noble is considered a super-store, which is why it is excluded.

    Please leave sources if possible.

  • I'm trying to dye sheets rose water pink?

I wanted rose water pink (a grayish light pink) sheets for school. I can't find them ANYWHERE in the right shade so I decided to dye them myself. I bought some white cotton sheets and used just some dye from Walmart that was rose pink and looked light on the bottle, but it ended up looking more like bubble gum pink. Anyway I can salvage them and still get them the right color pink?

  • Are there any other brands that have similar sizing in bras to H&M or sell H&M bras online?

I'm definitely not well endowed, and H&M bras were the only ones that ever seemed to fit. But I live a good four hours away from the closest H&M, and when I went to the various ones in that city, only one sold bras, and they only had one in my size (a great decrease in the number they had a few years ago). I've tried Victoria's Secret and Aerie, but both are a bit too big for me. Any other stores that are closer in size?

  • I want to apply for the Woodforest National Bank College Rewards Visa Card, but can't find the online app?

I went to my local Woodforest bank, and was told that the only way to apply for the College Rewards Visa Card was to do so online. When I went online I could find information about the card, but not an application for it. I also emailed Woodforest National Bank, and it had said to go to Personal Banking, then Personal Banking Services. It then said to enter my state in, but I did not see anywhere to enter the state that I lived in. Anyone else able to find the application form and link it below? Thanks!

  • What are the upsides and downsides of an iPad vs Macbook Pro?

My PC is about to kick the bucket, and I'm looking at getting something new. I'm a sophomore in college and am a Creative Writing major, so I need something I can do a lot of writing on. Someone suggested I get an iPad2 with a keyboard rather than a Macbook Pro to save money. What are any of your thoughts on this?

  • How well do the 2007 Punch Bugs hold up?

I'm going into my sophomore year of college so I'm looking at getting rid of my '91 Caddy that won't pass inspection for a 2007 Punch Bug. The only problem is that the Punch Bug has quite a few miles on it. 157,800 actually, which is close to the same number of miles as my Caddy. I realize that all cars are different depending on condition and how well it was taken care of, but I'm just looking for a general idea of the average condition of a 2007 Bug.

  • How do I put money into my bank account when there isn't one around here?

I have two different banks that I use, one that is only at home and one that is only at school, because I live in a small town and go to school in a small town, so those two banks were my only options. Anyways, now that I'm home (2.5hrs away from school) I can't just go down to my other bank to deposit into my checking account. Is there a way that I can transfer money into that account without going to that bank myself?

  • When I use wifi on an iPhone does it use up my data?

I'm planning on getting an iPhone, but I was curious if using wifi was the same as using the network for interenet. Also, I was curious if I could check the daily weather with the iPhone 4 without using data, and if the 4s uses data when it uses siri(sp).

    Thanks!

  • How good is the Toyota Prius (any year)?

I'm looking at the Toyota Prius, Kia Soul, and Honda Element. I want a car that is cheap to buy, to maintain, and good on gas mileage. But I also want it to be safe and run well.

  • Are ther any buddhist communes, or other similar religious facilities, in PA?

I'm a writing major, and for a nonfiction class I must go into a subculture or a different culture and do immersion journalism. I have to live with the people and participate in their culture for between 24hrs to a week, then write about the experience and the people. I thought that this was a good idea, but I want to see if there are any anywhere near the area, so I can eliminate it if it isn't plausible.

  • What is a good modern sonnet?

I need to bring in a sonnet that I like, but all the older ones I'm not interested in. I loved Billy Collins, but we covered his in class so I can't use his. Any suggestions?

  • How much does a mandolin cost?

I just want to start playing one, so I don't need anything great, but I don't want something too cheap where I'd hate the sound either. I was thinking of just renting one for awhile, but I was curious of the price range for renting and for buying.
