when the toilet is in full fill up mode, (float right down) there should be lots of water coming into the tank but it isn't. I have replaced the ballcock and flapper and it worked ok for a while. Our shutoff valve does not shutoff completely (it has not been shut off for years and now doesn't shut off completely). What is with the water not filling rapidly into the water closet? Could the old/brittle washers in the shutoff valve be causing a clog in the fill process?

It seems to happen most of the time when we apply the brakes, it seems there is one spot that rubs, causing the car to lunge repeatedly until the car comes to a stop. We have been told a tire is out of round. I think it might be a rotor or caliper. Help!

We are using a liquid dishwasher soap, and have cleaned out the spray arms. There is residue left in the dishwasher and the dishes seem to have a granular residue dried on them. What can we do to fix the situation?
