I just had a bone scan a few days ago, and the person who did it said i have a healing stress fracture. The docator didnt agree though because the spots werent as colored as they were suppose to be, so he thinks i have bad shin splints. I have been off my leg doing no running for about 2 weeks. I am suppose to go on a People to People Sports Ambassador trip (IN AUSTRIA!) for soccer on June 28th. I dont know weither I should go, or not go and get a refund. I have been looking foward to this trip for 9 months, but i dont want to get there and be in pain. Ahh does anybody have advice on how it could heal better and faster, or their own stories? And who thinks i should go still?
