A few weeks ago I ordered some goods from Bluecatstore.com. They took the money from my bank almost immediately. A couple of weeks later I still hadn't received anything so sent them several e-mails. They finally responded to one of them saying my goods were on the way. That was weeks ago. Now they are ignoring all my e-mails and I still haven't received the goods. They are not registered with company house and there is no phone number on the website - just a PO Box number. Any ideas would be really appreciated.

My younger sister, (20yrs) wanted to come on holiday with us next week so I said fine and paid her part of the deposit. Yesterday she told me that she had changed her mind. I contacted the travel people who told me that I woulsdstill have to pay for her as is was late notice. I told my sister that she would still have to pay and now she has gone crying to our mother over it. My mum now says that I should pay for my sister as I earn more than she does. The thing is if I pay her share it will leave me short and if I insist on getting the money from her then neither her nor my mum will speak to me as they are so close. Help?????????
