In my lease/agreement the tenant has to pay on the 1st and is late on the 10th. How do I go about sending correspondence for late payments? What are the steps I take and does anyone have an official type of letter that I can use?

The kit that comes with it won't be wide enough to fit my window. Most of the max dimensions for these air conditioners are 36 inches. Any suggestions as to what I should do to make this work and not leak any water? I have a double wide mobile home so that's why the size of the windows are retarded. Please give me suggestions?

I just made a Yahoo account for email. I have the new email not the classic and on my end I show myself as available but my friends still cannot see when I'm on. It finally showed as available yesterday and I was already signed on but now today I'm signed in but it still won't show me as available. Can anyone help me? And no I am not hidden either. About how much would it cost to install a Lift station for my septic tank with about 20-30 feet of pipe to laydown in the ground so it can drain into my ditch? I have one place quoting $1500.00 to do it and another place telling me that they could do it for $600.00 and still make money, but this particular company is the same company that originally installed my septic system and did a horrible job that started all of this in the first place. I don't think I would trust them. Someone please give me some advice quick. Thanks so much.

I asked a question over the Thanksgiving holidays about my husband Lance's severe back pain. He took an MRI and he's got a bulging disk in between his C6 and C7 spine. It's so severe that it's making his arm go dead. It's slowly paralyzing his arm. He can still use it but it's really getting worse with every day. He spoke with the office of Dr. Stephen Goldware in Lafayette, LA but they can't see him for a consultation until Jan. 10, 2008. We don't know what else to do. Even pain management can't see him until Dec.13, 2007. If anyone has any kind of "pull" please do something or talk to someone and let me know. I can't bear to continue watching him wither away. I love my husband and want to do all that I can. Thanks. May God bless you all.

Please say as many prayers as you guys can. My husband Lance is suffering from cervical nerve inflammation and he's in unimaginable amounts of pain. There's nothing more we can do until the holidays are over. Please say as many prayers as you can to help alleviate the pain or at least make it somewhat bearable so that he can rest. I'm so scared for him that I would take the pain instead so I wouldn't have to watch him in such pain. He's only 38 and a father of 2. My coworker is a 58 year old male. He's been working with us for 3 or so years. He takes high blood pressure medicine and the doctors keep switching him to different kinds of medicines. He continues to have numbness and tingling in his fingers in the left side. He also constantly suffers from migraines. To me, I went to my doctor and she put me on toprol as a beta blocker for my migraines and once and only once did i notice that my fingers got numb for about an hour and then went away. I don't know if it's just a coincidence or what. I'm just trying to help my coworker figure out why his fingers go numb. The doctors can't seem to figure it out. He's already spent about 8 thousand dollars on test and still doesn't know. Oh and it's not MS. They've ruled that out. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Sorry so long. I just figured you guys needed to know the entire story first before making any conclusions. Thanks.

Okay I have a friend. His name is Damon Stroderd. Lives in Lafayette, Louisiana. He is in a coma. Has been in a coma since Monday, August 21, 2006. He fell through a skylight rooftop and is fighting for his life. All his friends love him very much. He's had several operations on his brain. His Wife and children need him very much.
