  • Going to the Prom with a girl you don't know too well?

So my friend set me up with someone who I've been in classes with before and talked to before but we don't really hang out or anything. But this year I'm not in any classes with her and don't really see her at all in the day.

Is there anything I could do or say that would make us more friendly to each other? When I see her in the hall I basically say "hi" and go on my way. I don't really know what I could do without it being awkward. Our interests are pretty different too.

I could even start with atleast texting her but I don't even know what I would start off with or talk about. I'm not looking to be in a relationship or anything, I just want to be more friendly so that she actually enjoys herself at Prom and the time leading up to it.

Thanks for any and all advice!

  • How to find the integral of this tough equation? Calc 2?

I'm pretty sure you have to use any of partial fractions, parts (LIPET), or trig substitutions. I used trig substitution but I got stuck. Find the integral of:

    x^2 / (5x - x^2)^.5 (the denominator is the square root of 5x - x^2, and the numerator is x^2.

    Thanks!

I know how to conjugate with the subjunctive, I just can't remember what it is/when you use it.

Is subjuntive when one person does a verb, followed by a 2nd different person doing a verb?

Is it, for example, I want him to clean the room: Quiero que él lave la sala.

    Thank you!

  • Summer camp games for 1st graders?

I'm working at a summer camp and I'm working with 1st graders. I'm in a small group (less than 10) and I need some ideas for athletic games. I have my own ideas but the kids don't seem interested and it won't last the entire camp. Since it's a small group, 2-teamed games won't really work.

The kids are quite different so it's hard getting everyone to agree on a game.

    Thanks for the help!
