I worked out on and off for months trying to lose weight. Got super serious the last week and started jogging 30 min a day. plus nice long walks with my kids about 3 times a week averaging 90 min. then atleast 100-150 sit ups (regular and side crunches) with diff ab exersizes along with lunges stair climbs and push ups. daily. The first 3 days i was full of energy. on day 4 my energy level dropped and now the past 3 days im so tired. what can i do to change this? im 132- 5'5 just trying to tighten up my baby belly (3 kids) before i go camping. would love to wear a swim suit on the beach for the first time in almost 9 years!

my brother is 22 and after having a baby with his really young girlfriend, he moved back in with my father. he expects everyone to take care of his baby and hand him everything while he lives in a disgusting bedroom refusing to pick up after himself and works only 2 nights a week. can he be kicked out without going through the eviction process. he does not pay rent.

im 5'5 and 134. I've had 3 children and lost most of the pregnancy weight in the last year. I still have that little pouch in my belly from being pregnant. Im an occasional exersiser (will do kickboxing or something for 2 weeks, slack for a few weeks, wii fit a few weeks, slack a few weeks.) my weight has pretty much come off from my normal daily activities. Im going camping with my husband in about 2 weeks and i really wanna firm up this pouch. I've been doing about 100 crunches, sit ups, side sit ups and running 20-30 min a day for the past 4 days, if i keep this up will it make a difference. also started eating a lot of veggies and a lot less junk and sugars.

My kids use the wii and thats it, either games bought, games purchased threw wii channel, or netflix. Nothing crazy has been loaded or put on this wii. It was played at around noon worked fine, when my husband came home at 5 he turned it on and nothing happened. THe wii started the games spin but the wii remotes will not connect and its only a black screen. I heard it could be the BT module. how do i know if the system is shot, or if i should replace the BT module?

My parents co-signed on our house 4 years ago because our credit was not the greatest. Now that we have spent years working on our credit, paying our mortgage on time, and paying off old debt we found out my parents are filing bankruptcy and have to provide information on our home because their names are on it. Whats going to happen to our house? Is this going to effect us?

She is acting fine and eating a lot goes to the bathroom normal, but one lump showed up yesterday and the other ones followed today. what coould be going on? Taking her to the vet but my vet wont be open until tuesday.

My dog lets off an awful smell when he gets upset.. its kind of like a skunk smell and lasts for about an hour. It occurs usually when our puppy bugs him or they get into a fight.what is it?. he is neutered.

I have 3 dogs. I was happy with my 2 who are really well behaved and trained perfectly. then my sister brought me a 5 week old abandoned Siberian husky and after my kids seen him there was no way I couldn't rescue him. He is now 2 years old and still going to the bathroom in the house daily (mostly peeing on things) He steals food, and has chewed hole through doors when I try to put him in a room while we are out. I don't do crate training but will use the bathroom to keep him from ruining my house or hurting himself. Im losing my mind and have tried everything I have done with the other two dogs, that seemed to have worked perfectly. I cannot afford obedience lessons. someone help!!

I have 3 dogs. 8, 5, and 2.. They are all house broken and all know the rules (the 2 year old gives me problems here and there) but all of a sudden my 8 year old is starting to pee everywhere. She is a black lab pit mix. Always really well behaved and hasn't had house accidents in years. My 2 year old is just really bad and needs some doggy discipline still working that out bc i wont beat him. they have all been rescue dogs and I understand it takes awhile but why now is everyone peeing on the floor?

I have a 2 year old Siberian Husky. When he is not getting his way he will make a horrible high pitch whining noise and is driving me nuts. I do not know how to train him to stop. He for sure does not do it when my husband is home and will indicate he has to go outside or he needs water in a normal doggy way. When i ask him to stop the winning he gets worse and will go for hours if i try to ignore him. I need help he is driving me nuts. He will do it if he feels he needs to be outside if he sees someone at the neighbors house. He will do it when i lock him out of the kitchen while the kids are eating ( bc he likes to steal food).

My daughter has always been extreamly shy. I put her in a private school of about 30 kids all together hoping it would make things easier on her. so for three years she has been with the same kids and teachers. The school closed so she is going into a public school for 2nd grade and i am petrified she will have problems. She covers her shyness with being rude and ignoring you or pushing other kids away. People think she is a brat bc of how she deals with things but really she is just shy. HOW DO I OPEN HER UP?

I ended my first pack of birthcontrol around dec 1st and never got my period, is this normal?

I want to get my 7 year old a laptop for christmas, i think she is to old for these barbie ones, but still too young for an actual dell, etc..any ideas?

My dog is about 7 years old now, and ever since we got our puppy 8 months ago, she has been pooping and peeing on my new carpet. Im sure it may have something to do with jealousy but I dont know what to do. I have 3 kids, so having her do this is unexceptable. I dont beleive in just putting her outside so what do i do?

My sister is getting married at the end of august and I am matron of honor and I purchased my dress a few months ago when I was an x-small.I would like to lose 10 lbs before the wedding, any suggestion? I exersize occasionally and eat a lot. You think daily exersizing and cut back on junk could do it?

we have tried removing battery and re caliberating it. Its not that old only about 6 months. Is there any way to fix it or is it ruined. No water damage at all. sometimes it will work normally and sometimes it will only work when you push really hard.

I have three kids(6,3,18 mos) 3 big dogs, Im a full time online college student, and I work part time as a latch key director (with tons of kids including my own) every day. I have my own home to take care of and all the responcibilities of being a mommy and wife. Im doing terrible in school bc around 8 pm when I get my kids to bed, I lay down and find at 7 am Im pulling myself out of bed to do it all again. I need energy I am only 25 and I got to bed at 8:30?? My I am anemic but my iron levels have been checked and are fine. What can I do? Im 5'5 and 120 so im not over weight and health wise Im ok (mitral valve prolapes, under control) any suggestions? I need help

for months I have been having spurts of a tight chest and heart papultations. I ignored it thinking it had something to do with my heart murmur (non serious), but I have also been feeling really tired ALL THE TIME. got sick for the first time in 8 years last week and cant get over chest cold plus cannot breath. Doc finally jumped to testing me for asthma, can having asthma make you tired?

I had chest xrays yesterday after going to the doctors for a long chest cold and trouble catching my breath. I seen the xray and my left lung was almost totally cloudy. What does this mean? I was sent because i blew on something that measures my lung strength and I blew a 200 and it should have been at least 400. I figured I havn't heard anything yet so its probably not bad but I still feel terrible.
