The patient that was not seen checked in with SSgt W at or about 0915. In which I was working with two other patients. SSgt W was negligent or sabotaged me by not informing me that a patient was there. I have on a constant basis have informed SSgt W and other members of the staff when they have had a patient waiting, or as a courtesy taken care of their patients so she would not get behind. My courtesy has never been reciprocated. The patient, whom is a highly respected among the authority of this base, wrote on my behalf said this should never go any further.

Also the added stress of finding out we could not have children without costly intervention. I was never asked if I needed any help or how my stress level could be affecting my work performance. I was already in upgrade training and need of assistance and mentorship within my work center.
