I am a girl that is 27 years old .. I am a bit tall but not that tall .. I am 167 cm.. I'm 101.4 pound or 46 Kg.. I need around 17.6 pounds or 8 Kg to be fit .. i lost a lot of weight 5 years ago and getting worse everyday .. my body now is so saggy and i hate myself .. I so slim and saggy.. I know i have to eat well sleep well and go to the gym .. but how long would it talk to gain muscles as i used to be a sports player 10 years ago.. so i will just rebuild my muscles.. how long will it take ???

I was also thinking of a surgery to motivate me when i find my self fatter .. please i need some motivations and advice.. Thank you

All started after i broke up with my bf .. the only guy I used to love and trust.. he destroyed my self confidence before he gets engaged to my best friend in a week after our broke up.. all of a sudden .. my parents got divorced... my mom is a trouble maker .. and she was the only person i trusted in the world more than anyone else and i used to depend on her in every single thing..

Anyway since then i couldn't deal with people.. so needy .. so nervous .. can't trust anybody .. no self confidence... when ever i get involved with anybody ... they hate me in a while.. I also lost all my old friends .. even the new people... I know my defaults ... and people doesn't care about ur issues.. they only think that u r sick...

SO i was thinking of getting the most people i love and let my Aunt go and talk with them as if i don't know and to know what's wrong and thier feed back .. maybe there are things that i don't know and to ask them to stand beside me and to support me but in an indirect way . and of course I'll change my way.. I know I am wrong .. But do u think it's a good idea .. or do u have any ideas.. ??

I had enuf of what he says as if he's jealous.. but then before i finish the conversation he was like ... i'll call u later i'm stuck .. he called my bestfriend and they saw each other and they talked alot and settled everything done..

me and my date started a new good start he understood y i left him before .. but my bestfriend called me trying again to piss me and yelling that i said something he told me .. and i told him that's it.. and then he went again and talked and started alot o troubles .. here comes my date and asks me for space.. although he was clubbing going to the beah with his friends and he never called back ... as if i'm the trouble maker ... i just want him as a good friend as before... and from my point of view after a while .. he's the one who made alot of issues... by calling my bestfriend ...
