This is the second in a series of decisions the yahoo answer people can make for me.

For cancelling the order:

I placed an order with mp4nation over 2 weeks ago. There has been no communication in that period other than to say they have sent me an e-mail which they have not. They have been blantly stalling for time with other orders as seen through their forum. I still have no delivery date or idea when i will get it. I get the feeling i am dealing with someone who is juggling lots of orders with only one item left.

Lots of people are saying they are un happy with the site.

Against cancelling the order:

They have my money and if it is this hard to even get my item or even communication, how hard would it be to get a refund.

It is a very good deal.

It is a very good mp4 player.

Why do they do it, is it a nervous thing?

I have installed opera 9.1 browser and it is very very slow at loading pages - i normally use Firefox 2 and its great but i thought i would give opera a go. At first it i had version 9 and i updated to 9.1, on version 9 it was ok fast(normal) version 9.1 20 - 30 times slower or more - as i gave up on most sites tried.

As 9.1 ran ok in the begining I thought i would race them so i had them both running with the same web page set and pressed go. Firefox loaded quicker and opera crashed so i have turned my computer off, unpluged the router, uninstalled both browsers,tried version 9 again, ran register cleaner, deleted whatever residue files i could find reinstalled and its still the same.

My Opera has lost its confidence after being beaten by Firefox.

Firefox is still running normally.

Suggestions please

AVG 7.1 will be obsolete soon and the update is 7.5.

Is the 7.5 version still free? If it isn't whats the next best free virus protection you can get?

I start my computer and it seems to start ok but nothing comes on my screen - i turn it off and try it several more times and eventually it works. I've tried it on another monitor and it does the same, i've tried a different lead and still the same. - some times my time changes incorrectly so i need to change my battery but could the two be connected.

I want to move my downstairs toilet 1 meter to the side - do i have to dig down and connect the wastes .Are there any easy methods ?

I have a 3 bed semi (Northants - UK) with a small attached outbuilding and i want new PVC fascias and guttering -nothing special the standard stuff. How much would you think for somebody to do it?
