it reads that it cannot backup to icloud because it is full.. which makes no sense to me...

my iphone got stolen, i have apple care plus... and they can replace it with a $200 deductible... my friend gave me an iphone, but it is on a different service provider.. i was wondering if i can take it in as damaged and have apple care replace it for my $50 deductible instead of $200

i hate who i am, i hate that i feel as though i am going nowhere, i hate the fact that i dont know what i am doing and that every thing i do is in vain. there are these three beautiful people that i love with my whole heart and i hate that i can never measure up to them. when you see them you see the Lord and that is what i want... but for some reason i cant obtain that. i hate feeling like i cant grow any closer to the Lord... and that i keep hindering myself. i hate wrestling with myself over what i should and should not be doing. i hate free will. i really wish that i could just run away from everyone that knows me and just start over with just me and the Lord. what should i do?

what do you believe are the key components that get you to heaven?? i really just want to see what some of the other opinions are. i already know what the bible says about it...
