I've slowly been putting on weight this past year having gained 22 pounds slowly over the year and I would like to lose it and more.

These are my statistics

I'm 21, my measurements are 41,34,40, I'm 5'7" and I'm 180 pounds. I'm a size 14 (UK) and would realistically like to be between a 10 and a 12. I would describe my build as medium.

I went out in mid-October and somehow hurt my ankle. It was swollen and sore for about a week and swollen for a month after. Ever since any time I slightly twist my ankle it swells up and is quite painful to walk on and any pressure what so ever on the bone (Like sitting cross legged) is quite uncomfortable.

I would just like to know how serious this injury might be.

I'm studying Primary Teaching for Drama and as part of my Drama assignment I need to come up with a "Imaginary Drama Introductory sequence"

Basically something that lets the children know we're doing drama and it's make believe (ie, a magic box that's opened during the lesson and then closed, a drama bear, a doorway that the children walk through)

So as summers coming up I decided to use Johnson's holiday skin on my legs to give them some colour, only problem is that just after I've built up a nice colour I shave my legs and the colour dissappears, the same thing happens when I use normal fake tan, any tips?

I was just wondering does any one know any good shops which have nice (which aren't really expensive) clothes and ship to Ireland!

Was just on the aeropostale website and saw some amazing clothes! Does anyone know whether they ship to Ireland or not?
