It's vague and differ's drastically, I know. But curiosity and pre-planning is urging me to find out.

I have serious dishwasher and disposal issues, have for years, and as a sorta fix-all I want it/them removed entirely. What sort of costs should I expect if I called a plumber. I'm guessing no less than $1,000 but I want to see what other people were charged for their removal's. Or possibly hear from some plumbers directly. I just need examples of what to suspect.

And calling a variety of plumber's has given me a "we'd have to go and look before we can assess". Which I'm not paying someone $300 to come tell me how much it'll cost me to do actual work. I don't have that kinda money in the first place.

But, I live in the US so I'd appreciate anyone who can give me pricing and tales of your own.

ABR: Moved into new home 6 years ago, old trailer with newish appliances and cupboards.

Plumbing is weird.

Kitchen faucet has no hot water. Instead has a separate faucet for it. Hot water faucet never worked.

Til a month after we moved in sink disposal ran fine. Never used it and ran it every so often to make sure it wouldn't mold or clog. Shortly after that it stopped working.

Not as in makes noise but won't grind. As in it full on quit moving, no noise, nothing. Thought it was clogged. Drained just fine and not blocked up. It just stopped working.

Shortly after, the sink quit draining. Now THAT was an issue. Couldn't do dishes in the sink anymore. Put a wash basin in the sink. Haul buckets from tub. Done dishes for years like that.

Disposal has molded, reeks, and still won't drain. Slow trickle over several hours. I'll stick a long plastic spoon into it and swirl the grinders. Drains a bit faster but it's short lived.

Also a dishwasher we never use. Always has standing water. Molded up some old platters we stored in it. Friend said to run it every couple weeks to keep it from being nasty. Emptied and ran it.

Nasty mold water drained directly into the disposal side of the sink! Had to scoop it out quick or it would've overflowed! Got that under control and put platters back. Nasty water drained back into machine and molded everything again!

Can't afford a plumber. Disposal not worked for 6 years, washer drains into disposal and back. Sink and washer don't drain fully.

I just remembered a book I really loved as a kid about some hungry animals. It had either a fox or a wolf that pretended to be run over to get into the back of a truck with baskets of fish in the bed. The driver decided why not and picked up the wolf/fox and pitched it into the truck and drove off. The animal ate a ton of fish while riding and once found the driver clubbed the wolf/fox. I also believe it had been throwing fish off the side for a following wolf or fox and once clubbed the animal that had followed the truck learned somewhere to go beg humans for food and went and knocked on a door and tried to be polite by smiling at them except toothy animal be toothy and it was killed too.

I have no idea what the book is and I really want to look it up. I read it early 90's and I wanna say it was a book from the 70's-80's. It's very arty with scribbly-ish art and colored. What I had was hardback and thin and had like 50 pages. I can't google it with any luck and I wondered if anyone would know something similar. I KNOW it had a fox or wolf in a truck eating fish and I know it had played dead to get in the truck and I know a separate wolf or fox had been shot(?) at the end for grinning at humans.

Please help me figure this out. Surely someone knows what I'm after!

In both Charmed and Buffy there was a single episode each with the same witch hunter in them. I think he was Michael Massee but when I look it up he has no mention and neither does the witch hunter so I can't find out if his name was something else. It's really frustrating because he popped up in Rizzoli and Isles as Hoyt and Massee is him but I don't see him anywhere else and I KNOW he's been in several other shows that lack a mentioning.

I've tried all the recommended relief crap on the internet. I'm in excruciating pain, I haven't slept for two days, my throat hurts to the point where I can't talk, and I can't go to a doctor. I need something that'll get rid of the pain immediately. I can't stand it anymore. I've missed a weeks worth of classes because of my d*mn ear. I've tried the water, holding my nose and blowing, peroxide, 6 different sinus drugs, chewing gum. I have no transportation to a doctor nor the money to pay them. Please help me.

I need to write something in my notebook but since Howrse updated I can't find the stupid thing.

I want to know what the actual level is in order to become a legendary person in whatever field. I have found nothing on it so far. I would like a specific number, please.

I'm in Psych class and need to know their names.
