  • If the question hadn't come from a "troll", would the answers be different?

So, we all believe the person that asked "I want to charge my husband, but nobody believes me."(says she didn't want to have sex, but did anyway, but halfway through she was telling him "Don't" and "Stop", wanting him to stop but he didn't, but instead seemed to be more into it after she expressed her desire for him to stop) is a troll/trolling question. I can respect that, but if the question had been asked by a seemingly legitimate person, how would you have answered? Would some of you still tell her that she can't say he raped her because she's married? Would some of you still call her a shitty wife because she didn't want sex from her husband at that time? Would some of you still tell her that she can't say he raped her because she initially said yes, but then changed her mind? Would some of you still say that he probably thought she meant "Don't stop" instead of "Don't." "Stop."?

  • A question about who cares about looks more, men or women?

Just randomly came to mind, but I see people say that women are vain because they get all dressed up to go out, and that men don't care that they go that extra mile. My question is for the women that have done both, gotten "dolled up" and gone out, and just went out in comfortable clothes that may or may not be flattering or "feminine". Did you notice a difference in the quality of guys you attracted depending on how you had prepared yourself before going out? I do remember once that I had gone out just because my friends asked me to go with them, so I wore a t-shirt, jeans, and a baseball cap with no intention to attract anyone, and I got hit on by the biggest @sshole I had ever run into. When I turned him down, he "insulted" me by calling me a lesbian, but continued to hit on me, I finally had to get one of my guy friends to talk to the guy. So I guess what I'm asking is, if guys don't care, why do we attract better guys when we make an effort vs. not making an effort?

  • How, exactly, does the blocking feature work?

If a person has me blocked, can they still read my questions or look at my profile? I know that if they block me, I can't read their questions or view their ask/answer history, but I'm not sure if they can still view my questions, or my ask/answer history.

  • Question for pro lifers, are you all or nothing or do you feel that there valid reasons for an abortion?

The reason I ask is because I see so many pro lifers say that ALL/ANY woman that gets an abortion is wrong, selfish, evil, insert your favorite adjective here. What about the women that abort because their health or life is at risk if they continue the pregnancy(need treatment for a disease, cancer, or have been severely injured and waiting for birth would make it impossible to fix the injuries, their body is fighting the fetus as if it were a foreign invader), or how about for substance abuse that adversely affects the fetus, or when their are problems with the fetus(genetic disorders, not developing properly), or the woman had to get what is considered an abortion because the fetus died but didn't get expelled from the body? What about rape, why should a woman be forced to carry the progeny of a rapist? What about incest, inbreeding causes problems in the population, shouldn't that be a valid reason?

  • Nubra: Are they good for C cups and bigger?

I've been wanting to try out the Nubra type stick on bras, and I am just wondering if anyone knows if they are affective for larger cup sizes.

  • Is this really a "slap-worthy" comment?

Just for S&G's, I bought the July issue of Cosmopolitan magazine(mostly because they actually had a woman on the cover that looks like a normal, healthy weighted woman should look). On page 24, they have an article in a pink box called "What was he thinking?!...Here, readers share the most slap-worthy "compliment" a guy has ever given them." Here is the one that I am wondering if it could really be "slap-worthy", or is it just an over reaction?

"My boyfriend grabbed my butt as I was putting on a pair of tight-fitting jeans and said 'Your *** is huge for your size, I love it!'."

I don't feel that this comment is slap-worthy. I think it is a case of someone only hearing what they wanted to hear, and excluding all else that proves the comment was not meant as an insult, it was only a guy expressing his desire. Your thoughts? And if you are wondering why I am asking here, it is because I like reading the opinions of the people that post on here on stuff like this:)

  • What do you think of pregnant women in belly bareing clothes?

I was paging through the new issue of Shape magazine(the one with Tyra Banks in a white bikini on the cover), and came across an ad/article(not sure which, I wasn't really reading it) that had a pic of a pregnant woman in a bikini. What are your thoughts on pregnant women showing off their belly and other attributes?

Just so you know, I don't have a problem with it, it was just one of those things that I felt like asking everyone else:D

  • Fat stem cells as an alternative to breast reconstruction surgery, what are your thoughts?

Just read this article after my husband was telling me about it, and I wonder what everyone thinks about it, and if it will ever get past the experimental stage? If you don't trust the link, just do a search on "stem cells for breast enhancement" or "stem cells for breast reconstruction"

  • What do you think of biosteel?

You're probably wondering why I'm asking this in the vegetarian/vegan section, but it is a valid question. Biosteel is made by genetically altering a goat to produce the protein that helps a spider make its web/silk. They are hoping that it will be a greener alternative to what is used now to make bullet-proof vests. I am just wondering what anyone that comes to this section might think of this innovation. Is it wrong because of the way the goats are used/altered, or is it one of those "necessary evils" to help man-kind?

  • What makes an alcoholic beverage vegan or non-vegan?

I've seen a few questions where people are asking if a certain beer, wine or liquor is vegan, so what would make it non-vegan? I never knew that animal products were used in the process of making some alcoholic beverages. Can someone please enlighten me?

  • Any french fry lovers out there?

Ok, I love vinegar on my fries, but the problem is that where I used to eat them that way was at a fair, and I am a very long way from where the fair is held(It is in PA and I am now in TX). I have no idea what vinegar he would set out to put on the fries. So my question is, what's the best vinegar to put on fries?

  • For the people that stereotype tattoos and their wearers...?

Seriously, you say tattoos and those that wear them are dumb, stupid. what ever. Do you know people with tats, or are you just hearing and believing the stereotype?

  • A question or so for vegans? The moral vegans, not dietary vegans.?

Besides not eating or using animal products, what else are you doing to further your vegan lifestyle?
