So I am throwing a surprise party for my fiance, who will be turning 30. I want the theme to be child-like with an adult twist, if that makes sense...fun colors for decor, plates, napkins, balloons, etc, but I also want to update some classic birthday games to be entertaining for adults (ie: Pin the tail on the donkey, musical chairs, etc...)

The HR Manager at my company is unprofessional; she gossips, is friends with many employees and even vacations with them. This, of course, leads to special treatment and even protection for employees that are not performing well. For some reason, management allows this.
