I understand that half and half contains half of the cream that separates on top and half whole milk. But, if I let the milk separate, the milk on bottom becomes skim milk, correct? So how much of the cream on top and how much of the skim milk on bottom do I put together to create half and half?

What I need particular help with is the cover. I have molded a top with white chocolate, but it didn't come out very smooth. I am letting fondant dry out on upside down bowls, hoping this will be a better alternative.

Hello.....I am a cake decorator and I am also considering selling bread. I know how to make homemade wheat bread with my own ground up wheat. But, that is the extent of my knowledge or skills in bread making. Does anyone have any good recipes or tips for bread making? I have had so much trouble since the world has gone from the little 3.5 inch disks to CD's! Why is this? It isn't as easy as it used to be to save something on a CD. Will you please give me some info on how I can save things on a CD? I would like to put pictures on a CD and also put my Quick Books backup on a CD. Help!!! I am trying to use a CD-RW 650MB for my QB Backup. Is this the right CD? What CD do I need? It keeps telling me I dont have a CD in my drive or my CD is full (which it's not because it's brand new). Is there something about formating that needs to be done? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
