when i'm using the touchscreen, i can't drag icons anymore and if i hold my finger on one to drag it, it will unselect straight away then open the program also when im sliding across webpages or emails or messages most times the page will just stick and click on the thing

I'm working this new job and it requires me on my feet 8 hours a day, i've been at it a month and i can barely just manage but my feet ache sometimes and i need the rest of the night to recover for the next day i think i might need to do squats or some leg workouts on my spare time to build strength
