i work from 7-4pm so i am available all evenings and weekends i know that when most people are available so i want to work for keller williams but i wanted to know if they will hire me part time or any company that will also wanted to know if they do rentals in my area miami gardens fl there are not many houses being sold but apt buildings are full with rentals so theres more potential there which is where i would like to start

ok so heres my problem the lady next door feeds over 20 cats every day 5 of which are pregnant and soon to produce 20 more they have scratched my car so much i have to get it repainted to even make it look decent the smell is horrible if your out side and inside you cant even open windows theirs cat poop everywhere and we constantly step on it i have called animal control but they wont do anything about it because they sleep on her property but during the day they are destroying my place so im going to eliminate these F***ers im going to put rat pellets in there food and leave it so they can eat it will this kill them efficiently or will i need to bring in harder stuff plz help plz dont tell me not to kill them they are already dead they just dont know it if u cant help dont answer not looking for sympathy looking for genocide lol

ok so last year i became addicted to xanax and had to take about 6 to 10 a day so i would go to work barred out and i worked in the return desk so i had alot of power as to what i do with transactions so i started by returning small led lights the cost about $70 each i used to come home with at least 300 to 500 everyday then i graduated to taking customers info and getting friends to come in the store and purchase item of course i was the closing the transaction i would say in the time i did it i made about 50 thousand dollars in profit so lowes losses were probably 100 thousand (im sure they never found out about those losses if not i would prob be in jail lol)since i sold everything half off to sell fast.no that you know what iv done one day i when way too messed up to worked and didnt have my head on the game and i was returning things with no customers and LP saw me on the camera i think i returned 4 faucets about 300 dollars each so LP didn't say anything to me but he came to my register and took the recipe of the 4 transactions i had just completed once i saw him do that i walked up to my supervisor and said i quit and left got in my car and never came back so what happens now will i be able to work for other retailer do they have a system were they can inform other retailers of the theft or do they put anything in my background ?? plz only answer ihave accurate information dont care about what you think you may know thank you

so im planning on enlisting on the army next month but i wanted to know how long after i go to basic training can my wife and son come live with me ?? also will i be givin some kind of financial help for them both is there any kind of help for my wife to get a job ?

i would like to start a non profit charity for disabled and homeless veterans now i know what i would like to do to help these people but i do not know how i would begin to find donors in order to start helping all my vets i plan on finding them jobs,homes,transportation if needed financial help but how do i even begin this ??

if so what do i need and how can i get something like this started and make it a success

i want to get in the real estate industry i currently live in las vegas i know the houses here are dirt cheap and houses are beautiful so i would assume that people would be buy also there are alot fo empty houses so there is alot to be sold alot of work i want to here from a REAL realtor from las vegas or is you have worked las vegas tell me how it was and what should i prepare for and tips i also am planning on moving to miami in a few years so if you know anything about the real estate there that would be very helpful
