My girlfriend and I are looking to purchase a house in Norwalk, CT. We are looking at homes that are approximately 2,000 square feet. We are looking at houses only heated by gas but want to know an approximation of bills for gas/electric/water/sanitation so we can work this into our budget. Any answers would be much appreciated!

I have a pair of white leather Linds bowling shoes. I want to dye them gold and silver. There really isn't any finish on them, just dull white. I was told you cant dye white leather different colors. Is that true? If not, how do you dye white leather shoes a different color? What are the materials and the process? Btw, if it is impossible to dye, what options do I have to make them another color? A friend of mine who works for the government told me that when it comes to any civil service exams if the agency calls 1 person who received a 100, they have to call every person who got a 100 even if they don't need anymore people?

Lets say the agency only needs 300 people but 1,000 people got the same score, they have to call all 1,000 people. Is that correct?

After I cast on as much as I can and the tail end is reduced too small for me to make another cast on, what do I do with it cause it gets in the way?

There isn't enough for me to make another cast on, but there is still about 3 or 4 inches of yarn just hanging there.
