My cat had kittens at 6.30 am yesterday and she has yet to leave them to eat, drink or use the litter box. The food is rather close and the litter box is about 20 feet. When should i start to worry about her. She is taking amazing care of the kittens but i am sure she needs to eat and go to the bathroom. I will be fixing her once she is done nursing so please keep any comments in that respect to yourself.

Why would a normally heavy period turn into spotting with a lot of cramping. I usually have very heavy periods for the 1st 4 days. This month i had 4 days of light bleeding with very bad cramps.

Any ideas?

My daughter woke up at 2 am crying that her legs hurt. And within 10 minutes began vomiting. he threw up a few more times and says her legs do not hurt as much now. She is 6 and my concern is that in the last few months she tells me she has sore legs that I have brushed off as "growing pains". Should I be worried? I remeber having growing pains sore legs ect... but to wake up in the middle of the night?

My daughters school is nut free. Can she still bring coconut? I am confused because I think it's a fruit. She is in love with it and keeps asking to bring it

I just made home made broccoli and cheese soup in the slow cooker and it is chunky...looks like milk curdeled??? IS this normal? it tastes fine. Sorry I have never made it before so i just want to know if it is normal?

I have really red dry skin under my eye(bags) it gets so bad that people have asked where i got my black eye from... I am currently using NIvea Visage aqua sensation for the eyes.. It does help but i can;t seem to get rid of it completly. If this helps i only got this after I stopped breast feeding in November so i assumed it was hormones...ANy ideas or suggestions would be apprectaited,

My 20 month old stepped on glass. I used tweezers and got a piece out. I cleaned it and bandaged it. A day after i noticed it bleeding a little bit (nothing to freak out about) could there still be glass in it? How can i tell? And what should i do to be sure? (go to doctors?)

My 12 year old started her period at the begining of this year. She is always disappointed that she can not swim. At what age can she begin to use tampons? I personally do not use them so i have no idea. Should i discuss this with a doctor? Any info would be appreciated.

I noticed little black ants in one of my daughters bedrooms( 3rd floor) last week when it warmed up and now i am noticing them in the Kitchen(main floor) I did buy ant traps but i was wondering if any one had safe traps. I have a baby so in some rooms i can't use the ant traps cause the baby gets into everything. Also last night I go down to do laundry and there is a mouse!!! I know I didn't have problems in the fall because We did a complete cleaning and we even moved the dryer to clean it and i didn't find droppings or nests or anything. I set two traps last night and sure enough thier is a mouse in it this morning. I was wondering how many traps to set and how long without catching one can I be sure there are no more?

Any advice would be appreciated.

I gave birth to my 3rd child in June last year to my 3rd child. I blled for 8 weeks after giving birth and withen a week of that my periods started. From then until January I had periods every 13 days.In January the doctor put me on birth control with no breaks until may(no periods) Everything was fine until the end of March and then i got a period that lasted 17 days. Last night I had sex and now i am bleeding Again!!! I have never missed a pill. Also i breastfeed if that makes a difference. Any ideas what is going on ? am getting very worried

My spouse feels that the 3 kids we have is enough, but why does that sadden me so much? I thought i would be done after the 3rd and as he approachs his 1st b-day i am getting very emotional at the thought of never having anymore. Will I get over this feeling? Is it normal to feel this way?

My maternity leave is up next month and i really do not want to put the baby into a daycare centre. I also do not have the money to not return to work. I was wondering if anyone had any good ideas on good jobs for stay at home moms. All the internet sites seem to be scams. Please please help me. If it makes a difference I live in Canada.

I am allergic to any medication that contains Sulpha. I am starting to notice on a lot of packages of food from wine to instant potatoes that they contain sulphites. Are these the same things? Should I avoid them?
