My outdoor outlet was busted off. I need to replace it, but Im not sure if it is a 15a or 20a outlet. Can I replace it with a 15a outlet and it be safe?? The most that will be plugged in there is small things like phone chargers or the like?? Thank you

I am having gastric bypass in a little over a month, and my surgeon surgeon says its basically an in/out procedure. I got a shipment of insulin 5 days ago. Somehow, I forgot a box of pens in the container. The icepack was room temperature when I found it. My question is can the insulin still be used not being refrigerated that long, and if so can they be put in the refrigerator for use later??
