I recently purchased a 2008 Chevy Trailblazer Ltd with 86,000 miles. It drifts left pretty badly when I let go of the wheel. It does it in all lanes of the highway, more so in the left lane of course, on two lane roads, and at all speeds. I have had it in two shops, one being a Chevy dealer. Both places have aligned it, checked everything in the front that can be checked. Tires are newer, balanced and rotated. What am I missing? Is there something beyond the usual suspects? Is there something about Trailblazers I don t know about?

When you first got your MC temps or MC endorsement, you needed a bike to ride so you could learn but didn't have a ton of money to spend. So you buy a smaller used bike like a 250 Rebel/GZ/Ninja/CBR or whatever. By the end of the season you quickly outgrow it and try to sell it but you can't because no one really wants a 250.

If you had the opportunity to rent a 250 by the month or by the season for say $300-$400 per month would you have done it? This way you get a perfect starter bike for a few months, you turn it in at the end of the year, and next year you buy the one you really want and you're not stuck selling the 250.

A simple YES or NO answer is all I need.

I'm 51 so I have a while before retirement. A few years ago I rolled a $21,000 pension from a former employer into a new ROTH IRA. Assuming I did nothing more with that account until I retire, let's say it accrued to $50,000 when I retire. At that point I still have not paid any taxes on that money.

If a ROTH IRA is an after tax contribution account, and I rolled over my pension which I have not yet paid taxes on, will I be taxed when I take disbursements even though you typically would not with a ROTH? I can't imagine Uncle Sam letting me have all that tax free money.

Here is the scenario. Mr. & Mrs. Jones booked an All Inclusive package at a tropical resort. The package includes round trip coach airfare for two, ocean front room for two, all meals, all drinks, and a few basic activities (kayaking, paddleboats, etc) and 20% gratuity. They paid for it on their credit card.

Their next door neighbors and best friends Mr & Mrs Smith booked the same airfare, same type of room at the same resort, same dates as the Joneses except they did NOT buy an all inclusive package. Instead they paid for the room and airfare on their credit card, and will pay for the exact same drinks, meals, 20% gratuity, and activities on the credit card. Basically two identical vacations in every way; drink for drink, meal for meal, kayak for kayak.

My question is who ended up paying more for their vacation? Did the Joneses pay more because of the unlimited quantity of food, drink, and activities they "could have had", or did the Smiths pay more because they only paid for what they consumed?

I know its a sleepy little city right outside Myrtle Beach. Most anyone headed to MB drives right through it and I know Vanna White is from there. Is it an ok place? Is it a dump? I'm starting to explore places to retire to. I like the beach (who don't?) and I like mountains. I figure Conway offers both of those (its close to mts anyway).

Watching Netflix on my laptop. Because I'm not hitting any keys for a while (10-15 minutes or so) the screen goes blank. Run my finger across the touchpad and it comes back. I know its so you don't burn in your screen while left idle, but how do I change the timeout limit. Using Win 7 Home Premium.

I have a 2003 Grand Cherokee Limited with all the toys on it. The motor that moves the pedals forward and backward has broken and now my brake is all the way forward (towards me) and the gas is all the way back (towards firewall).

When the problem first arose the brake was all the way forward and only the gas pedal moved. Now the gas pedal is all the way to the firewall and won't move. When I push the up/down switch it grinds for a second and then stops - nothing moves.

How do I fix this? What is the part called I need to replace?

Trust me, it's NOT under the right headlight. I've looked it up online and everything I see says under the right headlight - photos, illustrations, even other posts on here - everything. I've torn the heck out of that plastic fascia and it's not there. I see the mounting holes for one but the holes don't even look like one has ever been there. Is it in another place? Does my vehicle even have one? I've owned Gr Chr before and I know that is where they were on those models, but believe me its not there on this one.

It's for my son to learn on. I'd prefer a Ninja 500 but I can't find any in my area and there are plenty of 250's out there. I've always been leary of 250's, like Suzuki GZ, Yamaha, and Rebels because I know people buy them to learn on but soon dump them cuz they got no balls, but what about the Ninja 250? Do they got no balls like every other 250 or do they have some get up and go?

I'm riding a Concours 1000 and he aint ridin that.

That's how much I have in my 401K and Roth IRA combined. I'm 50, earn between $50k-$100k annually, and will retire at age 67. Is that amount a good start or am I way behind others my age?

We currently use Tidy Cat but it puts dust all over my house. We keep the litter box in the basement but the dust gets sucked into the furnace and then blown all throughout the house. It won't matter where we keep them because it'll still get into the air and sucked into the furnace.

I bought a new desktop yesterday and am in the process of setting it up. It came with Windows 8. I'm trying to access the MAIL app so I can link it to my Roadrunner email. I enter my rr email address but it says it's not valid (WTF?) I thought maybe I never really set up a Microsoft account so I try to do that and once again it says my email is not available. My email is formatted like this example JohnDoe@Columbus.rr.com and it's one I've used for 10+ years.

I use Windows Live Mail 2011 on my laptop and that works just fine. I read where this MAIL app in Win8 is the same as Windows Live Mail. If so then why doesn't it work?

What does it mean when F12 does nothing when powering up your desktop? I don't even get the ACER logo on the screen when booting either. Is it the mobo, the processor, or bad video card? I've even unplugged everything when booting and I don't even get any BIOS errors.

I think my motherboard is shot as noted in a previously asked question. If I bought a new desktop, how do I go about getting things off the HDD in the old desktop and putting them to the HDD in the new desktop without openning the new one to install the old hdd? I figure I need to remove the hdd from the old and somehow slave it to the new. Is that possible?

I just bought this vehicle. There is a toggle switch on the driver's side center console. I can't make out the lettering on it but when I press it the word "POWER" lights up on the dash. What is this?

I know the difference between the two - that's not what I'm asking. I'm considering making a used motorhome purchase in the future and I'm divided between an older less expensive Class A and an older Class C each in the 28-31 ft range and about $10,000 range or less for each. That being said I know for that price I'm not getting all the luxury but that's ok. I'm looking for a starter RV.

So what is the benefit of owning a Class A over a Class C? Or vice versa?

Considering buying and older one -200-2004 ish and just want to know if they're decent cars? What's good or bad about them? Thanks

2003 Jeep Gr Chr Ltd 3spd O/D Quadra Trac. With O/D on, easy gas pedal, when shifting from 3rd to O/D (around 30 mph) the car jerks real hard when it shifts. It doesn't do this when accelerating hard/fast or if I turn O/D off.

What's wrong and what's it take to solve this problem?

I have a 2003 Jeep Gr Chr Ltd I bought two months ago. Two weeks ago the key light came on on the dashboard. I know that means the key and skim module don't recognize each other. The Jeep stil started but I took it to a Chrysler dealer anyway.

They couldn't look into it at the time since they were closing in 30 minutes but they did cut/program a new key.

Since then the light comes on intermittently but I have been able to drive it until yesterday. Yesterday it would start but immediately shut down - doing what it is supposed to do.

I called AAA to tow it to the dealer. When the truck showed up the driver manually locked and unlocked the driver's door with the key. After doing this the light went out and it started. What's up with that?
