What do the +'s mean?

Where can I find information on how to set up a web service to populate a report? SOA Pcall & SMS SOAP - is what I am looking for specifically. Links would be WONDERFUL!!!

I have been camping more than a few times (ARMY & civil.) and I have never heard of buying a bale of hay to lay down on your camp site. Won't that attract rodents/bugs? I am afraid that the whole site is going to go up in a ball of fire (we are having a fire ring) if they put dry hay on the ground. I guess they maybe trying to make it softer to sleep on buy everyone is bringing air mattresses. What are your thoughts? Have you ever brought hay to a campsite? If so why?

I am renting a apartment w/ older carpet. My dog has ruined it. I know that it will need to be replaced but I also know that I will only have to pay for the depreciated value of the carpet. How do I find out how old the carpet is if the landlord won't tell me?

This is for a family vacation (two kids in tow) so I need kid friendly places to go. Web sites would be VERY helpful.

Don't know.....it never happened

The dog has kidney failure and cancer. The vet said it was best to put the dog down. This is my daughters pet that she picked out when she was three. She is now 10.

1) Do I wait until it is over to tell her that her dog is dead?

2) Do I bring her to the vet to say goodbye?

3) Do I bring the dog home and let her live out her days? She isn't eating and is moody.

4) Any other suggestions?

I own a home but rent it out - for less then the mortgage I pay. I rent an apartment out of state. For the home, I do employ a management company to collect the rent and to deal w/ the tennants.

Do I have to claim the home as an "investment property" on my taxes if they haven't lived in there for more than 4 months of 2007? What would get the most return - claiming the investment or not? I only own this home - would rather sell it but the market is crap.

I say "no" he says "yes" but you have to have a iso driver. Honestly, I don't know what that is but I would think that a huge company like that would have thought up a better way to protect themselves don't you?

I was using kp2p.net but all of the sudden they are gone. I don't want to buy a "guide" that will tell me how to do it, I want the site. What does STRIKE mean. It is in my script as directions. I initially thought it was ment that I was supposed to hit that object - luckily the cast thought I was playing around and laughed. So I guess that isn't what it means.

To give full disclosure:

We recently moved and the cat vanished. We went back to our old home 6mo later, found him there, and took him home with us. Before he was sane.

Now he cries whenever he is alone in a room - day or night. He doesn't want to be outside EVER. I understand his is traumatized by being left for 6mo but he has been back w/ us now for 6mo and the crying isn't lessening it is increasing! It is keeping us up at night and we are ready to get rid of the cat. When it is daytime he sleeps in my lap while I work, or he plays normally w/ the Doxie, he is eating like a champ. Everything seems fine until he is alone. The cat is 5yrs old, male, neutered (don’t know if that means anything but hey I am searching for answers on how to solve this problem).

I am a 2nd soprano and sometimes an alto. However I have just been cast in a play where I have to sing first soprano. I am having dificulties reaching the high notes. How can I train my voice to go higher w/o squeeking?

On March 2, 2007, the Copyright Royalty Board of the Library of Congress issued a ruling that proposes changing royalty rates from a percentage of revenue to a per-song, per-listener fee for online radio stations. The new rates will be retroactive to 2006 and will be increased incrementally each year through 2010. For 2007, online radio stations would pay $0.0011 per-song per-listener.

On May 10, 2007, Senator Ron Wyden (D-OR) introduced the Internet Radio Equality Act (S. 1353). This legislation would reverse the Copyright Royalty Board's ruling and would instead apply the same royalty rate-setting standard to Internet radio, satellite radio, cable radio, and jukeboxes. S. 1353 has been referred to the Senate Committee on the Judiciary, where it awaits further consideration.
