  • Paralegal differences in different states?

I'm applying for a paralegal associate's degree program. The program is in New York but when I'm done, I might want to move to another state. So will getting my paralegal degree in New York prevent me from working in another state?

  • Rum drinks without caffeine?

I really like rum (specifically Bacardi) and I'm looking for some rum drinks that I can have at a bar that don't have caffeine. Also, I don't want it to be a "girly drink". Any suggestions?

  • What's the deal with "C'mon!"?

I've been watching the Australian Open and that it seems like all the players, whether male or female, English speaking or not, all yell "C'mon!" when they win a point.

So what's the deal is with all the "C'mon!"s. Sure, Hewitt has it practically trademarked but why all the others?

  • Give me a star for Nene?

Nene of the Denver Nuggets recently had a malignant testicular tumor removed. The doctors says that his recovery rate is high and resurgence chances are small but it's still a malignant tumor so please give this question a star in support of Nene and what we hope is a speedy recovery!

I'm a Knicks fan but this goes beyond fan loyalty. I really hope that he has a full recovery and never has a recurrence.

Also, testicular cancer is the most common cancer for men aged 15-30. Men of this group are at the highest risk for this potentially deadly cancer. If you're a man in this age group, and most likely you are, check this site for more information, including a very important self test (early detection is the key to survival): http://tcrc.acor.org/

  • Are there other anti-doping pro cycling teams?

I love the fact that Team Slipstream is taking the initiative in the fight to rid pro cycling of performance enhancing drugs. In my opinion, cycling has confronted the problem much more than any other sport has so far. The fact that an independent team, one that would profit from successful artificially-enhanced racers, has joined the anti-drug fight on its own is further proof of this point. I know that they're not perfect but they represent a step in the right direction. It would be great if other teams began doing their own testing to augment and support the governing body's tests and rules (but not replace them, however). So are there any other teams doing what Slipstream is doing?

  • Is yarmulke the right word for this?

I need to know if the head covering the Jewish men wear is spelled "yarmulke" or if there is another spelling. This is for a school assignment that is due very soon so I'd really appreciate quick answers. Thank you.

  • What is the best all-time season win-loss record for a team in the NHL?

I'd like to know the team, year and record from a few different eras:

    1. The modern 82 game schedule.

    2. Before the 82 game schedule was implemented.

    3. Any other eras before the 82 game schedule.

    4. Any other seasons that you think are record-worthy.

Please try to answer at least the first two. Thank you.

  • Hot girl from American Idol commercial?

I don't watch American Idol and I don't plan on watching it but I kept on seeing this smoking hot girl on their season preview commercials. She's a brunette and was wearing an orange top. She was a good singer; the commercial was a "positive" one, not a "these people can't sing" one. I don't know if her performance was shown yet or not but if you're fan I'm sure you'll notice her.

Can anyone provide any links to any video of her performance and/or interview or other info?
