i'm going to order this coat from catalog and there's no way for me to try it on at a store because it's a only available on the web and by catalog... so i just had some questions about it if you have it:

1. does the material keep you warm?

2. is the wool/viscose material soft? or itchy?

if a store is having a buy one get oe 50% off sale, and you buy two items... say one like 50 bucks and one 40 bucks, then they take the discount off the $40 item.

but will they still allow you to return the more expensive item? if they do, would they take away the discount off the other item?

i bought a sweater in store yesterday that i thought for some reason was $38, but then when i went to check out, the total came up as $48. and i told the lady there was some mistake but it did say $48 on the tag. so then i got home and checked online and the sweater is actually $38 online. do you think they would make a price adjustment if i went back and told them? i feel kind of ripped off...
