I was raised by people with a scientific and a religious background and I was told to make a choice. Should I choose to receive or not to believe.Science was right about things that are made by my hand, are not to be worshiped but it wrong to me not to believe in a God at all. I was first mentored by my relative that place his faith in science. He told me if it cant be proven don't chase it. I asked him how do you know if a theory will be a fact and i was told that it starts with faith. How can faith and science go together, faith cant be proven but it is a start in a believe or a possibility. So i asked him why is it so hard to believe in a God and to place faith in one. So I decided to place my faith in a belief in a God and try to find an answer. I wanted something that had history with non-fictional people and something passed along from time to time. My uncle was christian and he said that i should take a look at the bible. As i read the bible i became interested by this believe in one God, who gave his son to die for our sins. I found myself with over one thousand questions. Was Jesus real? Did he Die on a cross? Who were his disciples? Can the bible be proven? I found that the people and kings in the Bible and war events were Fact and that Jesus was a real person. But how can his miracles be proven. All we have is the testimony of men that died for what they believed. Would someone die foe a Lie. I wondered what is Sin. I became afraid that i was a sinner and it was hard to overcome the thought of a Hell. I became upset because the thoughts hunted me and I promised to see this through to the end. If the bible is real then we are in danger because everyone sins. Some steal, kill, lie and cheat. Jesus promised to seek him and he will help you overcome it. I thought to my self what is required to become a Christian, is there a right of passage or do i sign up at a church. I found out that in the bible some churches that preached about Jesus were not accepted by Jesus. What was it they were doing different? The road to God through Jesus to me seemed like one Big challenge to test myself and the nature of sin. I was surprised by these teachings and understood why people in the bible followed these teachings. It gives us a warning of hell and a promise to a glorious kingdom if we place our faith and belief in him. As I learned from science a belief starts with faith. I took time to think back why do science try to prove the bible wrong. Science cant prove the bible wrong when it comes to Faith. So I thought of some questions of How mankind came to be. Science only had theories and the Bible claimed that one God did it all. Science had a theory of evolution. But to evolve what was the starting point of this evolution. What did humans evolve from? Apes was the logical answer but what evolved into apes. No idea!!! lets say we evolved from apes. Did apes once upon a time inhabit every continent, evolve, learn a respective language, learn agriculture, gain creativity to build structure, and develop writing. But each culture learned similar stories and understanding of the world. The Bible tell us of a time when we all spoke one language and the history of tongues and nations, which would make things a lot easier to believe. When i read the bible i understood a sense of what creation is. The world we live in have a system and follow laws. Our bodies have a system that keeps us alive. The earth have a system to support life.The heavens have a system. Bacteria and every living thing has a role. This can not be a coincident and the big bang theory is unreasonable. I know you cant crash metal, wires, and components together and get an aircraft. We have species that produce after it's kind by male and female. These animals act accordingly to their nature of design. But Mankind is different and we all cannot deny it. the Bible managed to out weigh science which made me chose to believe in God by faith alone.
