what is the procedure of taking care of an above ground pool? Like what chemicals do you use and how often?

why do they insist you shut your engine off when fueling at your local gas pump, yet NASCAR is all about safety and the drivers dont have to turn their engines off when they fuel up on pit road....why is that? really i am just curious!

I have a son who turns 16 next month...for 13 years i never got any child support from his father, and he only had to pay me $100 a month, he worked for the canadian gov't in the military so nobody would go after him, then when he was discharged they finally went after him, after 13 years he got a bill for a whopping $14,000 and has to pay me $450 a month until the back pay is paid off, and he sent it every month...my problem is, my son has gone to live with him now, and he stopped paying the support, which makes me mad, because it is back pay that i had put into my son already! I could care less if he stopped paying, but only when the back pay is paid off. I still send my son clothes and gifts and stuff, because i think of him and I love him, where his father never sent him anything his whole life!! What is your opinion?

i need to know exactly what i need to cross the border from canada to the u.s, i cant find anything on here that gives me a straight answer, only from 2005..lol
