I'm 14 and a 1/2 years old and I was wondering how old I have to be to carry a knife in california? I own 2 knifes. both are 3.5 inches and have a magnet so they don't just flick open lIke switch-blade.

My Mom and I have been upset at each other for a few days now. I feel like I have done nothing wrong. She just gets so upset at me for the stupidest things. I look over at her and she frowns. Im a 14 year old boy model train collector. I have been saving to buy this new train. The train cost $500 and I have $412. Is there any way to convince my mom to give me $100? And please don't tell me different ways to earn money I'm asking how to get my mom to give me money.
