I have been working out consistently 4-6 days a week for about 16 months now doing a mix of cardio and strength. I've done insanity, but had to stop 2 weeks short because the workouts were getting crazy and were too intense. I've also done p90x which I have really liked and do a combination of insanity and p90x now. I sometimes mix in running 4-5 miles instead of an insanity workout. Recently my performance has been declining in all the workouts and I just feel tired and kind of nauseous during workouts that I never did before. Could this be a sign to take a few weeks off and come back refreshed and ready to work? I would really appreciate some input or maybe some workouts that I could do alternatively.

I have been working at a bank as a loan assistant for about a year. I thought that I would've been moved up into a loan officer or something along those lines, but instead I have to do my current job as a loan assistant and now they want me to learn how to be a teller as well. I'm supposed to open a drawer and be back up in case it gets busy. I do have a B.A. in business administration and was hoping to find a job as a credit analyst. I was thinking maybe they want me to learn each side of every position so I will be able to move higher up. Or they were just too cheap to hire someone else and want me to do it because I already have the knowledge. Should I just stick it out for a while or start looking for a new job? I would like some honest opinions please.
