He gets :

the little loan

1/2 the credit card

Van payments till the new year

kids every other weekend 2 weeks a year (more if he wants)

He has to request to be station close to the kids

I get :

1200 Child support (three littles )

400 spouse support for 3 years

1/2 the CC debt

Van payments in Jan (i will have5 years left on the loan)

1/2 his bonus for the next 2 years

been a stay at home mom since oldest was born.

Ok I know i will lose my ID card/ priv. when my husband and i divorce but what about children?? All are under 10 so they don;t have DoD ID cards yet, will they get one. And how will his BAH be affected? I know some branches have it where he gets BAH-Diff but haven't figured out what that means for my kids?

Basicaly I want to know if the kids things will change (much) and if we will have to move b/c I can not afford where we are living now. (We live off base paying rent with his BAH , I'm a Stay at home mom)

I have an open CPS case (cleanliness issue), but have been pretty much the sole (hubby is in the military) care taker of the children since birth. Kids are currently in my custody but we have check-ups still to make sure the house is in order. How will this effect me in getting custody if me and my hubby separate? I have been following all suggestions made to me by CPS.

I'm with hubby overseas and our daughter is going in the process of becoming an EFM (turn in packet tomorrow). I have been told that she will either be a cat 3 or 4. If the ship will let him change orders and leave a year early do we still have to pay back COLA? If you don;t know the answer do you know where i can get it. I would really like to family to stay together if possible. Thanks for your help

My three and two year old have no respect for each other, other people, there stuff or the house. I'm at the end of my ropes with what to do about it. I've tried time outs and spanking for the really bad behaviors (spraying chemicals in the baby's eye). well i had a book my the door for one of their friends, and they took it upstairs and ripped EVERY page out. Ripping books is new it just started two nights ago. That night they tore up on of there favorite reading books and pulled all the clothes out the closests, and middle one painted with #2 on the walls. Why wasn't i watching them? It was bed time and they were quiet saw the mess when i went to check on them. Anyways after todays disaster i told them i was going to give there christmas gifts to the girl and call Santa and tell him not to come here. I feel awful now. I really am tempted to Not give them any of there gifts till they learn to take care off there stuff. Anyways anyone have any ideas how to get a two and three

I am a nnavy wife and am going to the states to visit home. my hubby's re-enlistment is in the middle of my vacation. what do i need him to send me so i can get a new id. will he get new orders and if not how will i know the new prd date (we have 1-2 yrs left here depending who we've talked to. need all this to get back overseas my multiple entry visa expisres when his current contract does.

We had a new bouncing boy arrive in the house and for the first few weeks my other son (2 yo) was adjusting well. but in the last two days been flipping a lot between trying to i don't want to say hurt the baby to being all sweet and cute. In a 10 min span he was cuddling the baby (with my help) then i had to pee so i put the baby in the play pen went to the bathroom got back and my son was in the play pen hitting, i mean full punches, the baby and when he sees me he gives him a kiss. I know its stress from having to adjust but its starting to stress me out. Any good ways to help my 2 yo cope with all the changes? My daughter didn't have any problems with adjusting to either one. Any good ways for me to clam down? it seems i'm always putting the 2 yo in time out and i don't like that.

My kids got into my make-up and "painted" my comforter with my foundation. I have tried washing it, using my makeup remover, stain sticks, and oxy clean and its still in the fabric. It also will rub off onto other things so I can't just let it go as a stain. Any other ideas of things to try to get the stuff out of fabric??????

So now i need to know what nick names do you see for Shiloh.

He wants it as first name b/c he can't shorten it. I want it as a middle name.

My other two have longer first names and nick names, (others gave them) he doesn't want it to fall back on a Nick (lol) name.

Our last name is Dubois (its french i can't type it phonetically but it is NOT pronounced do boys)

So Nickolas Shiloh Dubois, which could be shortened to Nick Dubois or Shiloh Nickolas Dubois - Shiloh Dubois.?

The normal spelling for Shyeloh is Shiloh. Now normally i really don't like when people take a "normal" name and add letters (change spelling) to make it "unique". But the reason i was thinking of this spelling is my other two are:

both have 15 letters and was trying to continue the theme of sorts. Haven't talked to hubby just yet about the name Shiloh, but wanted some input from others.

We know at one of the names will be Nickolas

I'm going to give you today as an example. After i finished cleaning the littles room, I went to clean the mess they made in mine. (they are not allowed in our room even though they still go in.) So while i'm cleaning mine they trash theirs again. Now i wouldn't normally be so irratated but this behavior seams to have gotten worse the last month or so. Anyways I recleaned their room and went to work on the family room. When i check on them 15 mins later they are in my room and have spread toothpaste over everything. My lotion was smeared into my daughters hair and my son was covered in my make-up.

Don't say why weren't you watching them, because until about a month ago they could play in their rooms or play room for about 30 mins without problems. I am due next month and know i have a short fuse right now but is it to much to expect my 2 and 3 yr olds to play in their rooms and not mine????

Also my room can't be locked form the outside and it already has baby locks ...

My daughter turned 3 in Feb. We are stationed in Japan and i was wondering if getting her a Japanese tutor in the fall would be a good idea for her.

Both my 2 and 3 yr old have had a cold for the last few days and their poop has been white.
