I recently purchased on Steam Grand Theft Auto IV, which is 14gig+ worth of download. I am wondering if I could use my brother's pirated copy of that game(without applying the cracks/keygen, of course), and apply my license from Steam, so that I will save time downloading the game?

Kinda frustrating cause our internet here in our country is kinda slow. Thanks in advance!

I was trying to download some games through Steam, and I want to leave my computer powered on the whole night while I sleep. Now as the title says, I was wondering if setting to power saver option (well, to save money from the electric bill) will affect the speed of the downloading.

My problem only occurs after I boot up my laptop. After it automatically connect to the wireless router, (it already displays that it is connected to the internet) and after I open the Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer, I can't access the internet. It will take almost 20 minutes before I can actually browse the internet.

I tried using other laptop but never encounter the same problem.

What do you guys think is the problem? Please help. Thanks!

Can a Video card / Grapics Card be installed on a Compaq Presario C93TU laptop? Sorry I was a newbie on this tech stuff, my grapics accelerator doesn't seem to work well on my games... The specs says that it has video ram support up to 251 mb, does that mean that I can install a grapics card that supports up to 251 mb of grapics memory? please help...

Currently, I have a 39 inch Sony Wega TV, I'm just wondering if there would be any difference between the picture quality on the output of the supplied A/V cable on the PS2 and a component output cable on my TV?

I'm already aware that the picture quality of the component cable works best in a HDTV, but my obviously isn't HDTV, do you think its worth buying and using a component cable for my TV? will there be any difference on the grapics quality in games (PS2)?

I'm using Windows XP, then a few weeks ago, the "Programs" button in the start menu is gone...

A friend told me that my computer might be infested with a malware or a virus, thus making the "Program" button disabled...
