Last week i had 2 teeth pulled in the same area of my mouth and im going to get a stitch removed. What does it feel like? I've never had one before, especially in my mouth.

Why is he doing this? Its a small patch about an inch long and he has licked all the fur off and the skin is rough feeling. I cant make it into the vet right away because of work. There is no wound or bleeding, and he doesnt cry if i touch it so i dont feel it hurts him. What causes this? HELP!!
