My landlord had provided we with a lease renewal offer stating increase of rent along with a utility addendum. 15 days after the lease has renewed for the new lease term (starting 9/1), the landlord sends me a letter stating that at the start of my new lease term, I will be responsbible for additional utility charges. I asked the Landlord, where in the Lease Renewal offer does it state this information, and they are unable to answer my question, instead they advise I contact their attorney. Upon talking to the attorney, I have discovered that the complex has provided their attorney with an "updated/doctored" lease renewal offer revising their wording to include additional utilities. I have the initial form that does not make mention of the additional utilities. I am being bullied, and need information on my rights and laws as a tenant. thank you.

Many companies have convertables available in St. Louis to drop off in St. Louis but not to drop off in Chicago, IL. Is there anybody who does this???!!! I'm finding that no company is willing to work with me!

The purchase of Counterfeit accessories is illegal and pays for crime and other illegal activities. It is so unattractive to flaunt something fake. If you admire the design and style of something you should support the designer who created it. Those who truly follow fashion know the details of a genuine accessory. If you purchase fake accessories; or know someone who does, can you please explain why?

I have relocated to the Philly area this summer, and I am having trouble meeting people (new friends) my age. I am 25, and live with my boyfriend so I don't go to as many bars and clubs as I have in the past. When we do go to bars and clubs we talk to people but it never goes anywhere. At work, everyone is much older than I am...like my mom's age with kids my age. It would be nice to have a social life and for my boyfriend and I not to have to rely on each other constantly for entertainment. We get along just fine but I'm get lonely when he is at work, and would like my own friends. The other difficult issue is that I tend to be a bit shy sometimes; wait for people to approach me. I have a bit of social anxiety working against me. I joined a Yoga class hoping to meet people but It hasn't helped. I know people move all the time, I don't want to force any new friendships but I haven't even had options....any suggestions?
