I live in a nice trailer park in Pennsylvania. I have no lease and the park is under new management. Another tenant filed a complaint with the landlord that they did not like a person who was visiting us. Although she did not tell me who complained she did tell me that she didn't want our friend in her park. She gave no explanation just told me to get rid of him. He did nothing wrong the complaint was over spite because our friend got a job that the complaining tenant wanted.

A month later a neighboring tenants dog attacked me as I was walking to my mail box. Dog laws in Pennsylvania state that all dogs must be tied or on a leash. This dog was and always is running free. I called the landlord and complained. She then called the other tenant and told her that I had complained. My question is- In Pennsylvania is there any law that protects the confidentiality of my complaint? Was she right to tell the other tenant that I complained?

We own our mobile home but pay rent for a lot in a trailer park. Our landlord lives 3000 miles from the park. We have a guest staying with. One of the other tenants called the land owner and filed a complaint against him and the accusations are false and were made because that tenant doesn't like our guest personally. There has been no trouble from our guest. He has had not problems with any other tenant. The park is under new management and there is no current lease.

My question is- Can the landlord tell us that our guest is not allowed to stay with us because she received a complaint but has no proof that any of what was said to be true?

I have a really huge rhododendron in back of my house. It is beautiful but we are going to paint this spring and will have to somehow get it away from the house. I would like to keep it if possible but have no idea how to cut it back without killing it. Is there a way to do this? Is there a certain time of year to cut them? Or would it be better to just get it out and plant an new one once we are finished painting?

2002 Ford Taurus Replace alternator with new, battery new, fuses new. The car still won't charge. It will start but lights are dim. All the lights on the dash come on. It has been hooked up to diagnostic machine and no luck. All electrical is reading good. Any Ideas?

I got dentures after 3 years of having no teeth. The denture adhesive I use works wonderful but once I take my dentures out for the night I have an awful time getting the adhesive off of my gums and the roof of my mouth. Is there a way to easily get the adhesive off?

I am a new manager of a trailer park in Pennsylvania. The owner lives in a different state and I handle the businness for her. My problem is that the previous owner did not leave the secruity deposits with me when he sold the park. He also provided a fake recept for the septic system that he installed or said he installed. There are a few other aspects of the sale that seem shady also. What type of Lawyer do I need to hire to help us get this all straightened out??

We rented a place to a couple and they paid the first months rent then decided that they did not want to live there. We turned away 2 other people who wanted to rent it. Do we have to give the first people their rent back since they changed their minds about moving in? Are we legally bound to pay them back? This is in Pennsylvania.

We are the new managers of a trailer park that has just been sold. The new owner asked us to run it for her as managers. She is in California and we and the park are in Pennsylvania. The former owner, owns a trailer in the park and has evicted the tenants that live in it three months ago. He then sold the park and the tenant will not leave and the trailer the tenant lives in has been sold to someone else. What can we do to get rid of this guy??
