my lolo has adopted a puppy from his friend it is three month old and after two days a stray young kitten wanders in the yard an becomes best friends with it.whitch is weird our two cats ar spayed the neibors have cats but no babie cats.the baby cat is small and doesnt even look 3 months old{standard adoption time}it has no collar we are fasinated becaus they have lived in this house for years and we have another big dog nothing like this has happened what should i do

Now because we had a falling out, he has stopped paying and still has the car as well. There was nothing in writing, but he had verbally agreed to pay me monthly. What can I do at this point if he already transferred the car to his name, but is not keeping his end of the bargain? I have a son and a daughter (She is five and he is three), and my husband and I sometimes have one or the other. The kids are at the age where we do not feel comfortable having them go in and out of restrooms alone, but my husband sometimes gets stares going into the men's rooms with my daughter. Maybe this is no big deal, but what is the correct protocol? Is he supposed to go into the girl's room with HER, and what age does is become "not allowed" by public standards?
