Is Okoren a common last name in Slovenia? It sounds more Irish than slovenian/slovenese (whichever is correct). Any info on this last name woudl be appreciated. I was adopted and found out this is my real last name & nationality.

Mom is 76, lives in a 90K, RV and can no longer afford the payment. Will the bank treat it like a mortgage? So far they have been unwilling to work with her. She has A+ credit but can't work any more and lives on SSI. Any advice?
