In particular, what does Aristotle mean when he says "at the same time" and "in the same respect"?

Focusing on Book IV (Gamma, I believe), I'm trying to analyze the law's place in human thought and rationality. The "in the same time" qualification seems obvious, but I'm unsure about "in the same respect". Moreover, how would the law falter if one or both of those qualifications weren't included?

I'm particularly weak at understanding philosophy, so any explanations would be appreciated.

I am trying to find the name or details about this painting I saw a few months ago in the Museo del Prado (I believe that's where I saw it).

It consists of a group of soldiers (maybe on the beach or something, don't remember) preparing for death by firing squad. Some men look fearful, some look defiant, some are praying, and some are getting blessed by monks/priests. They're all standing in a line.

I believe the title is a bit lengthy, and I believe the artist is Spanish.

Is Garrett Jones for Jason Bay (mine) a fair trade? In terms of numbers, Bay only has a slightly better BA (.280 vs .278), more runs (39 vs 29) and a few more steals; other than that, Bay is behind in the two power categories:

Jones has 10 HRs (vs 4), 42 RBIs (vs 27).

Mind you, my league only uses BA, Runs, RBIs, HRs, and steals (which would mean Bay has a 3-2 advantage). So, should I sacrifice a few things to improve on the power stuff I lack in? Or should I hold on to Bay and hope he gets out of this ridiculous slump?

After recently being hit with over 50+ infections (adware, trojans, almost every type) in particular the dreaded Win 7 Security Tool, I think it's time to reconsider my protection.

I had/have AVG Free (latest) but AVG apparently let in all those infections (and was not able to remove the Win 7 Security Tool). I now have that program and Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, which actually was able to clear all the infections.

Is that enough, would the AVG/Malwarebytes' combo protect better in the future?

Or, should I scrap AVG and get avast or Avira while sticking with Malwarebytes' as an on-demand scanner/remover?

Or, should I have three: AVG, avira or avast, and Malwarebytes?

See, what I like about AVG is the simplicity, the lightness of resources, and the fact that on google it will mark which websites are safest (or not). Suggestions?

An all-powerful being would need no rest, right? It would be normal, if not trivial, to create everything.

Hi, I have a few questions for you. I'm in my high school's TV Production crew and I'm looking to upgrade my software. I'm looking for an easy-to-use program like i-movie/windows movie maker, for PC (Windows 7). I want to simplicity of those programs but with a lot of effects and transitions (like imovie). As well, I'm looking for a post-production effects program like After Effects, but easier to use (it's too complicated).

To recap, a simple editing program with ample effects and transitions, and an easy-to-use video compositor. Thanks.

I've been considering getting Linux lately, but want to keep XP installed on my laptop as well.

Is there a way to have both and be able to choose which one I want to use at a given time? Or when I start the comp up?

A friend of mine is able to slect which OS he wants everytime he starts it up, I was wondering how you could do that.

As well, is there a way to download Ubuntu straight to the HDD without making CDs? Again, while keeping XP still installed.
