"Demob-happy".

It's a phrase I've heard a couple of times and I've searched it, but I just can't seem to find anything. If you could tell me what demob means that would be good too :)

This has happened before, the Internet won't work on my laptop because I haven't installed updates on windows, I have a Dell inspiron with windows vista.my computer usually shows updates it needs to do when I press the shut down button; on the computer it highlights in red. It then does the updates and shuts itself off, but I think the other day I must have switched off the power by mistake, so the update didn't happen; everything on my laptop is working bar msn and the Internet. I've tried installing ten important updates and one optional, but then or fails and says the error code is 8024402c. I've also tries system restore but that hasn't worked either. Please help.

I recently got my GCSE exam timetable for next term, and on the first day I have a clash between RE OCR and RE Edexcel; both exams start at one. I told my RE teacher, because I assumed we could move one to another day, there's plenty of space, or even in the morning but he said we couldn't, as it's against the rules or something. I got a bit confused by this, I'm sure there must be some way we can just move one, right?

So I was a bit annoyed by it as he said we'd have to do one after the other, which means four hours of exam, so I'll have to stay after school.

I've decided to just get on with it, but I'm worried I'll get really tired during the second exam and perhaps not do as well, so have you got any tips on how to stay alert and focused during my exam?

I'm looking for a band that screams with female vocals. That's pretty much it.

I like Paramore, Hey Monday and Jack Off Jill. A band as close as possible to Jack Off Jill would be great.

So boyfriend dumped me over msn last night, and I have begun the process of getting over his greasy little face.

I am not trying to generalize or stereotype, its just I have come across many girls in my school who buy playboy stationary, playboy accessories and have playboy icons and so on on their bebos and such...But I just don't understand why...Do they not know what it stands for? Or do they think the seedy world of Playboy is glamourous? What do you think? Do you think buying Playboy products is harmless, or a little wrong? I do, seeing as though I have seen girls as young as twelve carrying things with the Playboy image...

Note...I do not mean the magazine, I mean the products Playboy endorses.
