Is drinking alcohol in the context of the family in the US legal?
Is 21 the age for *purchasing* alcohol in the United States or drinking it at all? I am attempting to ascertain whether drinking alcohol in the context of the family is culturally simply not the norm or is flat out illegal.

11 AnswersWords & Wordplay9 years agoAnyone remember Sharkleberry Finn Kool-Aid?
It was the best!!
It was in a light blue packet with a little pink on it. I think the best ingredient in it was whatever gave that pineapple flavor.
Anyone come across it lately? I haven't seen it in decades, & unless I am misspelling it, it's not on Kool-Aid's website. :(

I am substituting oatmeal for bulgur in a recipe because of someone unable to have wheat. The recipe calls for 1 cup bulgar, but also speaks of soaking it. So I am wondering if I should use the same amount of oatmeal, or 1 1/2 cups, or what? Any ideas?

No, I am not a student trying to cheat. This is from a cartoon book:

I saw a bumper sticker yesterday that said "The only reason some people are alive is that it is illegal to kill."

19 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoIs there a way to fix this problem?
For about a week now I have not been receiving notification from Y!A when 1 of my contacts asks a question. This has greatly affected my involvement with Y!A. I realize that I can keep looking at my profile to see what questions they have asked, but I'm usually too late by the time I think to do that.
Any way to rectify this?
