I am living in a house with a Polish immigrant with whom I have to share the house. He was making noises and always playing the radio or his phone too loud, without considering about others.

Whenever he is around he talks to himself and making unusual noises and laughing to himself.

He lost his job twice due to aggressive or unacceptable behaviour. Now he is doing some job in a Gym.

This person is behaving like a bully and makes racist remarks to me. He doesn't have a girlfriend or anyone who likes him due to this bullying nature. Even his family members are worried about this bully nature.

I just want to know the reason for this behaviour and is there a way to help this individual so he can live an acceptable life in the UK?
