Hi all,

I'm a classically-trained pianist at the moment, but I'm looking to expand my range to be able to play in a pop or rock band on the keyboard. What kind of theory, improv, etc. do I need to know?

I've had this weird headache in the back right of my head for a few days now... it's a single spot on my scalp above my neck on the right side and it isn't constant but appears every few hours or so. Should I be concerned?

I want to be an actress, and for the glamor, but because I really love becoming another character.

However, my parents have never wanted me to be an actress. They're not telling me to go into any field (in fact, they're quite happy to let me choose), but I just get that feeling that they wouldn't like it. My aunt and uncle have two kids and when a friend suggested they get into acting they said (later of course) that no kids of theirs would ever go into acting. I want to tell my parents... but how?!
