my roommate moved out 3 months after we began living here, luckily for her she escaped signing the lease somehow because the apartment office is full of idiots and my credit was fine where i could rent it on my own. I know if she was not on the lease i generally cant sue but in this case she had the utilities and cable in her name and also changed her address to this one from her old one... so she obviously had intentions of staying through the lease. I came home from work and everything was gone without notice.

I am a 27 year old guy with no degree. I like my career now and make just as much as I would if I were a teacher (almost).

The issue I face is that I would really love to be a History or Science teacher or possibly a school counselor. I think about it often enough that I am asking it here.

I live in NY so it is a must to get a masters for any reasonable teaching job.

Is this possible for me? I can get a Masters in virtually anything to become a counselor right? What is the fastest route to a Masters in education?

Perhaps I should just go speak to a college counselor at the school I would consider......

I am making a passthrough in my wall. I want to cut through the wire (getting rid of an outlet). I was wondering why there are 2 wires instead of 1 going into the small back blox behind the outlet. When I cut these two wires should I replace the ends into a new metal box?

I live in NYS in a neighborhood. The closest business to me is a 2 store plaza of a mini mart and garden shop 3 streets up. I live on a corner...if that helps. I have found there is no close or good bakery within a few miles of here.

I have a garage that was turned into a very nice living room, I would now like to turn that into a bakery. Large driveway available for plenty of parking, slight traffic st/rd.

I bought a house 3 months ago. Now as the ice is melting I have a leaking living room and broken sewage system. The disclosure says nothing was wrong with plumbing and there was no water damage or structural problems caused by water. I had an inspection. Due to cosmetics the inspection passed for the continuing water damage. It took a few days of running water to realize the sewage is clogged, another thing the inspector could not have known. What do I do now? In order...here is what I think.....

1: Get an assesment of the damage

2: Contact the seller by mail or phone?

I dont really know. What do I do? Should I make an insurance claim right away?

I am a 26yo stay at home dad. I want to go back to school because I really want to be a teacher. I dont care if I take the classes slowly and am not a teacher till 35, I still want to teach. I dont know where to start. Do I fill out the fafsa then pick schools? Do I apply to schools then fill out the fafsa? Can anyone give me a good step by step to place me on the right track to getting back in school?

I am a stay at home dad. I want to do something online at night from 9-12 that will better me. I am not looking for money making schemes. I would prefer some classes of some sort or an actual job would be great. I am sick of not being able to do anything at all except play games all night. I am game for most things as long as they are beneficial to me. Any suggestions on school, work or something to help me out?

I know corprate credit is different from personal credit. I have bad personal credit and want to incorporate myself with a ghost business while my credit finishes repairing itself. (I am working on good credit).

What I am asking is how do I build my corporate credit without using my personal credit and do I just use my tax ID number when applying for corporate credit?

I may be having trouble explaining everything I am looking for an answer to. How easy is it? Can I incorporate anything I want like a bakery in my kitchen? Also will this give me the right to buy and sell from wholesalers?

I have what it takes to open, run and profit well off of a pizza shop or bar. I have been a GM at a franchise pizza place before for 3 years. I have been bartending for 5 years and am the best in my city. Im really looking for investors more than I am looking for a loan. Does anyone know where to go to put in applications or resumes for investors? I am now 25 years old and ruined my credit at 18 because I didnt know better, it is now on the rise. I am completely fair and willing to pay what is due towards my investors, I am not selfish. Aprox. 150K should be sufficient to get involved in what im looking for. If you are a loan offerer and you cant spell and make complete sentances please do not reply, I dont know why you guys bother. Why would someone get a 150K loan and trust it from a person who cant type or speak?

I have been looking at foreclosed homes in nyc because I am moving there june 1, 09'. I have noticed that alot of the listings on all the sites I go to say 0bed/0bath. Can anyone tell me what this means? I know a 2000sq ft house does not have 0bed/0bath. Does anyone have advice on forclosed home buying?
