my computer used to open directly into my user account but suddenly it now opens in the administrator account and i have to switch users.

how can i change this back?

im used to riding bikes with full fairings and today i test rode a cagiva raptor 1000. it is a fully naked engine and i thought i could slightly hear the tappets.. is this normal for a naked bike or is there something wrong with the bike maybe?

it has only done 15K so I thought it was probably just me, but then again, there is no service record with the bike so i dont know. also, the bike looks very clean and new.

if there is a problem with the tappets is it an expensive fix?

Im looking at buying a Cagiva raptor 1000. It has 15K on the clock and looks impressive. Only thing is that it sounds a little bit tappety (i could VERY SLIGHTLY hear the tappets when i test rode it) It's nothing that stands out and I'm just wondering if it is normal for a naked bike to sound this way. My only experience is with full fairing bikes so I wonder if the fairings cover this sound?

If it is not normal, what does this mean, is it expensive to fix?

it seems my computer is sending and receiving data even though i am not using the internet. the little icon in the tray comes on for 3 seconds and then off for three seconds continuously.

Its driving me crazy but I heard it on the radio once and there was no information after it to follow up. It is a new release, it sort of sounded a bit like "drops of Jupiter" and also like "she will be loved" but it didn't really have a chorus and if it did, it was only sung once in the entire song...it was more like a slow start that came to a climax and then ended with violins and a snare drum marching beat at the end...slow and emotional

Ive forgotten how it goes too, but if I heard it again I'd know straight away. It's a new release but it's not on any top 100 chart (ive checked them all) I think it might be an "alternative" song but it's really mellow and slow..

has anyone got any ideas? otherwise I'll have to listen to the radio for weeks until they play it again!

ive ridden an aprilia scooter around for a couple of years. its a 150 but it has been worked and it goes pretty hard. i only want a bike to impress the chicks because the scooter is unbeatable in the job i do. only that when i have to take a girl out on a scooter, its f*ckin embarrassing...so i want something that will make them wet with excitement. i was thinking something like an R1 or Ninja?? I need really wide angles for real estate photography...also would like quality detail for photographing paintings and artwork..

my amplifier is playing up. occasionally when i turn it on, the sound comes out of the subwoofer and only one of the two other speaker channels. I've played around with it and discovered that if I turn it off, it usually fixes it. Sometimes I need to unplug the working speaker and turn it off and turn it back on with the not working channel still plugged in....then I plug the other speaker back in..

Lastly, I have found that it is taking more turning on and off to fix the problem as time goes by...

any idea what it could be? easy fix? expensive?

my scooter temperature gauge is always toward the cold side rather than in the middle or hot (except for hot days when it runs towards the middle) I was told that it is better to be in the middle (for engine wear is less when hot) but I am worried that it may overheat on hot days....

is there a scooter mechanic who knows the technical answer to this question??

hi, i changed the coolant (as per service manual) however it now overheats. my brother (mechanic) said there may be a bubble in the system. there is nothing in the manual to suggest bubbles or their removal. also, the fan did not come on even when it was hot. (my bro thinks this is also because of the bubble.) Does anyone know how to remove a bubble or what could be causing the problem?
