So a couple of weeks ago I tried to download a couple games on my computer. I don't know how (because I'm not smart with computers) I ended up trying to download something else (a browser update thing and a music thing, i don't know.) After I put in the admin's password, the downloads failed (I don't remember why) but now whenever I use Chrome, every page I go on, there is a pop up that is asking me to download the things that failed earlier. Also there is a constant pop up on my computer, not just on Chrome, that said "administrative privileges are required" with nothing else but an OK button. Nothing happens when I press OK, it keeps coming back at random times.

These are getting extremely frustrating and annoying, and they need to go. How can I get rid of them?

I want to download the game "Facade" onto my computer (A.I. intelligence drama game), but I am worried that it will drastically slow down my computer. If my computer is just a little slower, I won't mind much. But if someone out there actually has this game and has experience, sharing will be greatly appreciated.

P.S. It is free to download this game, right? I just checked online and it says it is but I don't want to make any mistakes or anything.

I just got a big, brand new software update for my Nook (barnes and noble eReader) and I had to re enter my wifi password and nook account information. I did this about half an hour ago, and all of my books from my library are gone! My wish list still has my books on it and when I went on my computer all the books in my library were there, (on my B&N account) but they're not on my nook!! Do I need to give it more time to download them or something? Will I lose the page I was on in one of my books?

Last Wednesday night I ordered a shirt from the Starkid website. (Starkid is awesome) Since I am cheap, I ordered economy shipping since it was only 3 dollars. Now it's Sunday afternoon and I'm eager to get it in the mail, but the website didn't specify how many days it will take. The place where the shirts are made is in Michigan and I live in New York State. How many more days might I have to wait?

So I JUST watched my DVD copy of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows part 2 and in the beginning I saw an ad for a website called Pottermore, so I asked my brother about it. He told me all about Pottermore and since I am a hardcore Harry Potter nerd I am DYING to join! Does anyone know when they are re-opening the registration to the Pottermore Beta?! My brother is letting me use his account because he doesnt go on it anymore but I would really like an account for my own!

I got a $25 gift card from my aunt for Christmas. It's one of those Visa ones where you can spend them anywhere. I want a bunch of stuff from hottopic.com, and I was wondering if I could use that gift card number when it tells me to put in a credit card number, or if they have that option, or something, instead of letting the gift card burn a hole in my pocket. Can anyone help me?

This morning I noticed something strange with one of my bushes. I have a black eyed susan plant and I noticed that all of the petals on the flowers were eaten off. The center of the flower was untouched, though. My other flowers were fine, too. Just the pedals on my black eyed susans were nibbled to a nub. What could be eating my flowers, and, what can I do to make it stop?

I have no experience with live plants so im going to need a lot of help...I have one platys and an african two tailed catfish, but i plan on getting more freshwater tropical fish like some tetras and maybe a guppy...and I don't know what kind of plants to get! if there are no plants that are compatible with my fish then I guess I can get fake ones, but I would much rather have real ones...and once I get real plants, do i need to do anything to take care of them?

Just so you know, I know nothing about spiders so I will need a lot of help.

This morning, I discovered some spiders in my yard. I think they are wolf spiders but I can't be sure. One was under my patio stairs and the other was on the garbage pail that I put out on the street. They were both black, furry, and about the size of an American quarter. When I was trying to squish the one under the patio stair with a broom, it reached out with its front legs and showed me it bright green pinchers, as if it was trying to bite me. The one on the garbage pail didn't try to bite me, but it had a couple bright orange stripes on its abdomen.

If they are wolf spiders, what could be the worst thing that could happen to me if one was to bite me? And, if they are that bad, how would I go about exterminating them?

I have a 20 gallon tank with a fairly bright light. On weekdays, it's on for about 7:00am until 9:00pm. On the weekends, it's on for about 10:00am until 10:30pm. I'm afraid that it's on too long and it will not only disturb my fish but raise my electricity bill. Sometimes I see my fish all hiding under the big, hollow log in my aquarium and I think they are trying to get a break from the light. Will the light harm my fish in any way?

So I'm watching my neighbor's pets while they are on vacation, and they have a cat and a hamster. The cat is being good but I have an issue with the hamster. Her water bottle that she drinks from is leaking like crazy and I don't know how to fix it. It's come to the point where it's made all of her bedding pretty wet, and I can't just replace the bedding because I just can't ransack my neighbor's house looking for dry bedding. Even the hamster's fur is getting a little bit wet. I don't know what to do please help!

I have some live plants in my aquarium and I absolutely love them, but I don't know what to do with them/where to put them when I need to clean my tank. I don't want to get fake plants because I don't like how they look fake, but I have to idea where to put my live plants when I have to clean the tank! Please help me!

I have a 20 gallon tank with a large log, 2 medium sized rocks, a 7 inch tall fake plant, and a ceramic turtle. Also, I have a 2 inch platys and a 5 inch African threadfin catfish, but I plan to add more fish.

Do I need more open space for the fish I'm adding soon?
