  • Creatine Products (GNC vs Muscle Pharm)?

Just got GNC Creatine Monohydrate 5000g today for christmas and want to start supplementing tomorrow. Originally, I was supposed to get Muscle Pharm's micronized creatine but my parents got the GNC instead. Should I return this GNC creatine and get the muscle pharm, or continue my week split tomorrow with the GNC. Is there really a great difference? Thanks

  • Taking whey protein with a pre workout stimulant?

I'm 16 and just got Neon Sports preworkout and whey protein from GNC. I was wondering if I could supplement the pre workout with the whey protein before my workout and then after it take my whey protein again. I run winter track so I run for an hour and a half and then lift after for about an hour a little less, should I take my pre workout before lifting after cardio or before my cardio. Thanks/

  • What weightlifting program would be best for me, a runner?

I'm a high school competitive runner on varsity cross country. I weigh 145 lbs all year round, no matter how hard I run or what season. I hit the weight room 4 times a week after running practices but don't see the muscular gains I'd like to. I am conscience of what I eat, mostly my proteins and carbs but I need to find a program of eating and weight lifting that would be good for me to gain UPPER BODY strength not just lower body. I have running every day in the week from 3 to 530 after school, and am planning on using pre work out and post work out supplements. Any ideas on programs that would help me gain a lot of muscle mass without wasting my time and not effecting my running. Thanks.
