Some people will notice a certain arrogance about me. I have to say, I don't care. I have an IQ in excess of 160, and have discovered that arrogance is a sign of intelligence (not to be confused with stubborness, which is ignorance). Anyway, I will say whatever I like, no matter whom it may offend, as exchanging views is how we grow as intellectual beings.
Would you swap heads with your partner to make love?
3 AnswersMarriage & Divorce7 years agoDo you live in Norwich, UK?
If so, would you be interested in attending a book signing by multiple authors at Waterstones in September 2014? Trying to get an idea of numbers. There should be at least 5 or 6 authors (one of whom will be myself), some with more than one novel for your purchasing pleasure. What are your thoughts?

If so, my debut novel Falling is free for 24 hours at:

Also on US & some international stores. Spread the word!
9 AnswersBooks & Authors9 years agoAggressive cat problems?
Our neighbours have a 9-month old cat that they've recently started letting out. One of our two cats is fine with him, but the other chases him away, quite aggressively. Any ideas to stop her trying to kill him? She's like this will all "strange" cats.
3 AnswersCats1 decade agoAny tricks to removing a wheel?
We're trying to get the front tyres off of our dead Citroen ZX to put them on our new(ish) Corsa, since they're the same model. However, despite removing the bolts and locking bolt, the wheel seems to be rusted to the actual inner-wheel bit of the car (forgive my woeful lack of knowledge regarding terminology, I'm really not a car person!). Is there some trick that will help us loosen the stubborn bugger?
10 AnswersMaintenance & Repairs1 decade agoDigital artists: what is the best program?
I'm moving into digital art for an animated music video (hand-drawn, scanned, coloured and animated on computer), and want a program that's decent and easy to use (cheap is good; free is better!) I have Photoshop 7 (a very old version) on my Windows laptop, but prefer to use my Mac. The reviews for Photoshop Elements 9 aren't great -- is it really that bad? Please help. CorelDraw looks okay, but only saw a PC version listed.

2 adults staying on International Drive, theme park tickets for Disney World and Universal. All-in, how much would that cost (a reasonable amount of spending money included)? We're looking to go around October or April.
2 AnswersOrlando1 decade agoWhat alternatives are there to marriage?
Me and my partner don't believe in marriage, but would like to have a similar kind of ceremony celebrating our union. I'm sure I've seen "soulmate" ceremonies that celebrate people being together without it being legally considered marriage (which, I admit, may seem pointless to some), but what are they, and how would we go about arranging such a thing?

My PS3 BD drive has just failed, and is off to Sony HQ for repair. I got it in August in 2007; are they more reliable now?
2 AnswersOther - Hardware1 decade agoBack To Earth: your thoughts so far? How will it end?
I've thoroughly enjoyed parts 1 & 2 so far, and their cheeky back-references to series 9 & 10, but what do you all think? Will the mysterious gunman kill them?

3 AnswersGoogle1 decade agoGuitar Hero DLC Compatibility?
Are any DLC track packs compatible with GH: Aerosmith? I can't seem to find any info about DLC at all on the official site, but on PSN all packs seem to be either for GH3 or World Tour, with no mention as to whether they'll only work with those specific games.
2 AnswersVideo & Online Games1 decade agoXbox 360 65nm chipsets: are they RROD-proof?
I've had a bit of a poke around online in an attempt to ascertain whether the new "Falcon" 65nm GPUs and CPUs, coupled with the improved fans, actually prevent the newer 360s from overheating. Short of placing one on top of another hot piece of equipment, has anyone heard of them going all RROD yet?
I hope not. I have mine standing on its side to improve cooling (since the bottom gets warmest) though, just to be on the safe side.
2 AnswersXbox1 decade agoWhat is the name of the track?
It's a massively-used piece of classical music used in many films and TV shows, I believe it was used in the final episode of Red Dwarf, "Only The Good", and is on Classic FM's new 3-CD set that is advertised on SGRFM.

My current set is a 720p Samsung, but has gone wrong on me once, but then fixed itself. I'm looking for a reliable set, 37" 1080p with 24Hz mode for Blu-ray. Panasonic and Sony seem to make nice TVs too, but which is best?
