I am not a gamer. Obviously I suck. I am playing Zuma and I made it to level 6-3 and 8 hours later I am still at the same level. Is there a trick to advancing? Or are my reflexes and coordination just maxed out and maybe I should take up sewing or something. The neighbor kid next door is 8 years old and he can win this game with one hand tied behind his back. I'm not brain dead, I have a bachelors degree. Am I doing something wrong, or are there just people out there that don't get it.

I'm pushing 60 and have had lower back pain most of my life. I have been to chiropractors, taken over the counter meds, and had xrays. Nothing works. A co worker the same age as me suffers from the same problem. He recently went to the doctor and the guy recommended a series of 5 shots/injections. He took one shot and it totally fixed him. It has been two months now and he's still doing good. I want to try this, but he does not know what the shot was. I am thinking along the lines of cortozone, but am not sure. Does somebody out there heard of this and can tell me something about it? Thx!

My back hurt and my equalirium was off. Around 4pm , I started to vomit really bad. I'm 59, in good health, and havent vomited. since I was a child I had nothing to eat that day. I vomited 4-5 times an hour for 10 hours. I tried a milk.Up it came. Next two glasses of OJ. Up they came. A 7-UP, still no good. last I tried a fruit punch. Puked again. Finally subsided around 2-3AM... Didn't sleep all night. The next morning I had small coffee cup of milk. It stayed down so I decided to try ice tea. Up it came. I also felt like my hands were getting tingly every time I threw up. I don't know if had a fever or not. I pretty much ruled out food poisoning as I have had it before and this was totally different. I have never had the flu in my life. Your opinions please.

About 4 years ago my Mom passed away. She left a $68000 insurance annuity for my younger Brother and myself. I got my share of $34000. My Brother has not recieved his share. The reason for this is beacuse my Brother suffers from a serious mental illness. (schitzophrenia) When he is on medication he is a total zombie. He can't wash dishes or even take out the trash.

When he gets off his meds, he turns into a violent threat to society. Under the California 3 strike law, he was placed in the State Mental Hospital as a patient and will probably not get out.

The Insurance company sends me letters asking about his share of the money. I have written him countless times asking what he wants me to do. I have sent him Power of Attourney forms. He doesnt respond. I went to visit to try to explain, and had to leave because he wouldn't listen. He just kept babbling on about sattellites shooting beams into his head. He either can't or won't address this issue. I'm 59, hes 54. We both live in Calif. Do I have any other recourse? Can I petition the Court? I would hate to see this money go. I have told him I would set up a commisary account in the hospital so he can get candy bars etc. No response. I could use this money also if he doesn't want it. I would hate to see it go to wherever money goes when it is unclaimed.

I have been summoned for jury duty in California. On the back of the summons is a disqualification section. The first box says I AM NOT A CITIZEN of the United States, but a citizen of what Country.

I am a citizen of Canada and a permanant legal resident of the US, and have a card that allows me to live and work here, however I have never applied for US Citizenship. I could mail back the summons and obviously get disqualified, but would like to serve on a jury as I have never done this before. Can I serve? Or will they disqualify me because I'm not a citizen.

Never had a run in with the law. 100% criminal and drug free. Except for this. Got arrested on my way to visit a friend in Oregon. Frankly speaking. I don't care. I owned up to my offence, blew a whopping 3.48 into the meter, and made friends with the arresting CHP officer. He was a pretty cool guy just doing his job. I live in San Diego, but was busted somewhere around Bakersfield. I don't like to drive, and usually rely on public transportation. As far as my drivers license goes, they can keep it. I live a very simple life and refuse to play the politics game like going to traffic school, AA meetings, fines and courthouses. I have removed my battery from the vehicle, cancelled my auto insurance, and given up driving. If they come after me and give me 6 months in jail, so be it. The system can kiss my you know what. My question is what can a person expect when they just ignore the situation and go on with their life like it never happened. Has anyone out there experienced this? I have checked out numerous websites and all I see is the proper protocol of how to work within the system. Can I just gracefully bow out? Please don't judge me, as I have already done that. I have turned my irresponsibly into a Plus. Just wanna know what will happen next.

I have one of those shopping bags that I take my lunch to work in. While walking to the bus, the straps fall off my shoulder every 10 steps. I have taken to putting it on and then my jacket over it to keep those straps from falling off. Is there some kinda "chick trick" I'm missing?

New Moon, Eclipse, etc... I don't have kids, and am wondering if 10-11 year olds would like it. I know there is no nudity or cussing' , but I am mainly wondering if they could actually get into these movies at that age.

Its brand new. Does it put out the same heat?

Actually I have a 4GB flash drive with a lot of music on it. The problem is when I plug it in it plays music in a certain order. So I will be listening to smooth jazz and the next song will be heavy metal. I would like to put this music in order so I know what to expect when the next song plays. Do I need a music editor, or can I re arange the music on my WIN 7 PC?

I'm pretty sure prisons and the military have rules on grooming. I was refused entry into a non profit rehab center because I refused to cut my hair. I'm a Canadian Indian, and it is against out traditions to cut our hair unless we are in mourning, then we have to bury it or place it in a river so it can go back to our mother earth. I am in San Diego. Is this discrimination?

I have a 1TB external hard drive hooked up to my laptop. I have a lot of movies on this drive. When I delete one, does it go to the recycle bin on my laptop, or does it just go?

Guy owed me 5 grand and didn't pay. I took him to court and he never showed up so I won by default. It's been over a year now, but I just found him working at a construction lot down the street. Only problem is that there are many construction companys on this job. I know how to file the forms for paycheck garnishment, but the forms require me to name the employer. Do employers have to tell you if the person I am looking for is employed by their company? I don't have the time or tools to play detective and tail him all day. Suggestions please. By the way, this is in the State of Calif.

I wnt to decorate the front of my hotel with Fuchias. They are very expensive here in San Diego. Can I take clippings off of another, and clone or root them, or do I have to buy the whole plant from a nursery? Also if I can take clippings, how do I do it?

I have 5 Email addresses. Someone or something has stolen my contact list and is sending out spam links in MY Name! I don't know how it happened, but it is not only sending out to friends, but also business asscioates. I am mortified, and have no idea how I can resolve this situation. I've checked my PC for viruses and keyloggers and can find nothing. Please help before my good name and reputation is ruined!

About a lady that leaves her abusive husband and kids at home on Xmas eve to go shopping at the mall. She runs into a gang of punks who chase her into a construction site, then into the woods where she picks them off one by one. Fairly recent flick. 2007,08,09. In the end she goes home and blows away her husband.
