When we were married we had some work done our house. We then separated and divorced, losing the house but now owe on the joint bill. I want to somehow split the bill so she will pay half, per the divorce judgement, but she won't pay her fair share. She has paid little on the bill this year. What to do?

I am guilty of doing some inappropriate things on the internet and with photos on the computer, which my wife construes as cheating. She said I broke her heart three times now because of these things and she won't let them go. I told her I did them out of boredom when she was gone, but she won't buy it. I told her that I am now definitely finished with this stuff and I want to make it up to her, but she won't let go and refuses to forgive me. Can I fix this or is divorce inevitable?

I recently upgraded my iTunes from version 7 to version 9 and now I cannot convert WAV files to AAC. I used to be able to do that with the earlier version. I get an error message now that says: "The current encoder settings for bit rate and sample rate are not valid for this file." I could not find the solution for this problem in the iTunes help file.

There are some folks who live nearby who have built a small dirt oval track in their yard on which they regulary ride their motorcylces. It is very loud and noisy and I am tired of having to listen to it. What is the best way to approach them and ask them to cut back on the frequency of their motorcycling without upsetting anyone?

I don't know why so many television channels and networks think it is a good idea to put advertisements of upcoming shows on the screen during a show. It distracts me from the show and I try my best to ignore them. Some are so big it takes up a good fourth of the picture and you can't watch the show! Who are the idiots who came up with this?
