Is a warrant from Georgia for probation violation on a first time drug charge with no conviction likely to cause the person to be extradited if they're in Wyoming?

Is it legal for a law enforcement officer to deny family the final viewing of a family member who's passed away? The wife didn't deny us to be able to view the body but law enforcement did. And doesn't a family member have to ID the body in person?

I have very,very,very thick hair and have a problem with it smelling like a "wet dog" when it gets wet. I recently cut it short,from being past my waist,hoping that by it being short,I could wash it more often and that would help........it hasn't! Anyone ever heard of the military taking someone who was discharged back into the military and that person was said to be dead instead of back in the military? Usually by the time people are out of high school they know what they want to be career wise. I got married and had kids young so that took care of going to college,but I'm now a grandma and still haven't found anything I'm really good at or want to do and now I don't need to,but not knowing what you excell at is the pits! Have done a lot of things and did all of them well except for driving big rigs and I did great except I couldn't back it up to save my life,but none of my "jobs" were something I wanted to do for 50 years! Not creative,talented or smart! Hard to feel proud! Now that I'm too old to have a career,how do I set an example for the grandbabies??

I think if a psychic has a true gift,they'd be willing to help people for free. I believe in psychics and have used a couple,but to pay for information that wasn't correct was wrong. They should answer the questions,with a limit so it doesn't get out of hand,and if it turns out to be mostly right,then accept a donation. I was told when my son died that we could claim the body and ask any questions I wanted and he'd answer. He'd answer none of my questions,stalled me for 2 hours and then said the body was being cremated right then and the arrangements had been made over the phone by his wife.He also said no family member ID'd the body,that he did as he knew him. How do I know he knew him?
