My grandfather died in 1986 and my dad bought my grandfather's half out. My dad's sister convinced my 90 year old grandmother to transfer her house into her name about 10 years ago, We just learned of this. My grandmother has been put into a nursing home long term, and is in excellent health. My grandmother remarried about 10 years ago, and convinced my grandmother that transferring the house entirely into her name would make it so that her new husband's family would not inherit the assetts in the event that my grandmother dies. This sister refuses to transfer 1/2 of the house into my dad's name, even though she arranged the entire deal under my dad's nose. Her, as well as my grandmother have a history of mental illness. Are there any options that can be exercised to keep my aunt in getting by with this dirty deal?

She has to show work. She did not bring her book so I could figure it out all over again. Thanks for any help you can offer!

I have never paid any attention to him before. But I caught his address on CSPAN today, and it sickened me. If he wants to ask for an investigation, then he should have done that, and then shut up about it. As I watched him go on, and on, and on, it was crazy. Thus, this is a totally serious question. Does he always whine like that? It was disgusting to sit there and watch him put my country down as he did. And to think, people actually had to elect such a tool. He reminds me of the creepy lawyers who do commercials and chase ambulances all day long. In my opinion his is not sincere in his "concern" over a coverup of some kind. However, his agenda is as clear as glass. What do you think?

I do not subscribe to the “open-door” policy, as it pertains to the subject of happy couples being privy to each other’s revolting goings-on in the bathroom. Some couples believe that being perched on the porcelain convenience, carving hideous intestinal sculpture, while the other one watches, is a symbol of some sort of higher level of comfort, candidness, or sincerity.

It’s as if, in observing their significant other in such a manner, his or her feet propped up on two phone books for maximum expulsion velocity, one would be offering up some sort of proof of their undying, perpetual, and eternal love for one another.

I mean enough already with the worshiping! Why would God create a planet loaded with idiots, never show them His physical presence, and force them to worship Him and accept His Son. All the while, passing the idea down through the generations by word of mouth and a book that was written a zillion years ago. It all just seems a bit egotistical to me. What do you think? Why is it that people would have a hard time accepting that life is an amazing gift in itself, instead of spenting their entire lives preparing for the "promised land." I have one room where I never need the air conditioning. I am thinking about making the duct work go out the window in this room to combat global warming. Why don't we all just do this to solve the problem? I know it would cost a little bit more, but it would be worth it IMO. I remember when it was cool this time of year. We have got to do something. Will you join me in making some global cooling? I am also going to start driving down the road with my air conditioning on and the windows open. I hope this will help also.
